Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
I got in a fight with my brother (Trump supporter) because I wore a T-shirt that says “The Good Thing About Science Is It Is True Whether You Believe It or Not. — Neill DeGrasse Tyson” But he believes every word in the Bible is true.
1Many Flat Earthers say that gravity does not exist … haven’t seen them test that belief.
2With regards to ‘Flat Earthers’, has anyone ever observed a stand-alone disc in telescopic observations? Or just spheres?
As for Gravity? It works, every time…
3In the USA right now, there is no gravity: it just SUCKS!
4More from the Commander Clorox School for Dummies aka Fox Not the News? “This is an island surrounded by water, big water, ocean water,” Donnie said at a tax reform speech in Washington.
Personally we’re waiting for Merde-duh-Blowhole to wash out to sea due to any cause except that hoax Global Warming. Donnie in high winds explaining the ‘science’ of his shrinking island as his distance from land increases. j/k
We know that you know his tiny hands will be too busy attempting to keep his postiche above water.

Gravity, like her sister Karma, is a heartless b!tch. That, Like your Neil deGrasse Tyson quote of Science, “… Is True Whether You Believe It or Not…”
6Sandino – does that include where one set of words directly contradicts another set… or is his belief restricted to just believing each single word regardless of context? I’ve met a few “true believers” whose beliefs can only be accounted for if the second statement is true for them.
And does it include the various mistranslations that have crept in over the centuries? The one I remember best is the “Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live…” which, correctly translated, reads :Thou shalt not suffer a poisoner to live…” Yeah, just a few thousand people over the last two millennia have died because of this “little” error in translation.
7t says little for humans tat so many of us have organized our lives according to the words a wandering schizophrenic told us he heard in his head.

Sigh. Watch a ship coming into a harbor. You can see proof of a (more-or-less) spherical earth, right there. You can see the highest parts first, as the ship appears over the horizon. If the earth were flat, that ship would appear whole, and just get bigger as it approached. The Greeks had this one figured out several thousand years ago.
10…and not many people know that!”
11I just returned from my morning walk, and kept a safe 6-8 foot social distancing from other walkers and runners.
But today, thanks to President Trump’s research into EXPLODING TREES I also stayed a good 10-15 feet away from both deciduous & conifers whenever possible. I think solidly defined recommendations for hardwood & softwood distancing is still out – – but I definitely plan to avoid forests until we get detailed executive office guidance.
12Not sure where this fits in this string of comments, but Trumpf and his campaign are certainly not rocket scientists. Read today that his campaign used pictures of MiG 29’s in an ad showing Trumpfs support of the military. Seems like something they’d do- perhaps using Russier to supplement their broke campaign.
13Whoah, Rick, thanks for the tip about avoiding exploding trees on walks. From now on, I will have to walk in the middle of the street and take my kitchen fire extinguisher on my walks.
14Wouldn’t hurt to invest in a Kevlar vest either. This conspiracy
stuff is exhausting.
Gravity is just a theory.
15Gravity – not just a good idea….it’s the LAW!
