Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
I thought he claimed to be a Mormon?

Trump’s campaign chief has been funneling money to Don Jr’s girlfriend and Eric Trump’s wife: report
2Edit: President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign includes not only Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump, but also, the women two of Trump’s sons have been romantically involved with. And according to the New York Times, the president’s campaign manager has been funneling money to Kimberly Guilfoyle (Trump Jr.’s girlfriend) and Eric Trump’s wife, Lara Trump.
The payments, the Times reported, were made through Parscale Strategy, a private, San Antonio, Texas-based company owned by the president’s campaign manager, Brad Parscale.

“Austin-based conspiracy theorist Alex Jones …”. It irks me that newspapers now seem to recognize conspiracy theory as some kind of white-collar profession. I don’t expect them to call this particular spade a spade (“nut case” is the term that comes to mind). But why not call him a talk radio host, which thanks to Rush Limbo at least carries the connotation of paid liar?
In any case the almost-legally-drunk charge is minor compared to the domestic violence aspect. And the passive voice “they were in a verbal fight that had been physical earlier in the day” is another bit of crappy reporting. Just say she threw a bottle at him, or that he belted her. The phrasing makes it sound like something that happened without any action on their part.
Let’s all hope the court in Austin soon rids us of this turbulent loud mouth, maybe by stripping his assets and making him work for a living to pay off the settlement.

10The Statesman was owned by the same company that owns the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
The Atalanta paper did a story and printed the name of the person responsible for the Atlanta Olympics tragedy, as told to them by an FBI agent. Turns out the agent was wrong. Wound up costing them a lot of money when Mr. Jewel rightly sued them. They are probably really careful about what they print since then.
