Luckily, Republican State Representative Bill Zedler has introduced HB2454, which would outlaw workplace discrimination against ignorant white people, who were brought to this country in chains on a boat, no, wait.  Who have suffered because of their gender, no, that’s not it.  Okay, okay, I’ve got it:  have suffered because they were born without that part of the brain that allows you to think. That’s it!

HB2454 says —

An institution of higher education may not discriminate against or penalize in any manner, especially with regard to employment or academic support, a faculty member or student based on the faculty member’s or student’s conduct of research relating to the theory of intelligent design or other alternate theories of the origination and development of organisms.

Research?  There’s research involved?

I think we need a bill that allows non-discrimination at the university level for people who believe that gravity is just a theory – it’s really the Flying Spaghetti Monster’s hand on your head holding you down.
