4Y’all know that his stated purpose for leaving Congress was so that he could be considered for appointment as a federal judge, right? He’s just going home to do laundry, he’ll be up in front of a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing before the end of the year. Us taxpayers will be paying his salary till he’s too old to gum his green peas. He’s gonna join that thin line of robed old white guys protecting the world from dirty hippies and brown people for the next 50 years.
