Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
Donald? So that’s what Dotard45 calls Dimwit Jr. prior to throwing him under the bus.
1Seriously.
How greatly evident that 45 has organic brain damage will trigger his replacement as incapacitated…
2So Trump “did not know about” the meeting?
Good!
3That sounds convincing enough that he could play Sergeant Schultz if there’s ever a reboot of Hogan’s Heroes. “I know nothing, nothing!” He’s the right size and can probably muster a passable low German accent for the role.
He doth protest too much, methinks. The walls are closing in on Don the Con and he’s feeling the squeeze. The pressure is getting so great that he is going to crack soon. The only question is who else gets hurt when this fiasco of a presidency comes crashing down.
4I’m worried. The Republicans are DOA and the Democrats don’t have power. Drumpf could pull down the pillars of the temple in his rage and everyone will lose. We are at a dangerous inflection point right now. Hold your breath.
Dang, this man makes Nixon look like an honorable boy scout. I think we’ll need a case of popcorn and umbrellas soon….
5If this had happened under a Dem administration, there would be investigations, more investigations and 24/7 talking heads on TV. Every GOP politician would bring it up at every opportunity.
Why are Dems so quiet about this?
6Mark – You don’t get to Washington (generally) without being afraid to rock the boat. S you stay vanilla flavored, keep your head down, and wait for enough name recognition to get the money rolling in that will get you in office. Then you keep your head down to stay there.
On top of that, I think many of the Dems in DeeCee are keeping their heads down so they don’t get shot by any RWNJs and just waiting for Mueller to take the Tweeter-in-Chief down. Problem is, he’ll have to take down Pence, too, or we have just as big a problem because Pence is just as nuts but much smarter.
Meanwhile, those of us in the trenches out here beyond the DeeCee Beltway are progressive as hell and working our butts off to take back the country for Democracy. (Jeez, I need more coffee this morning…and to get down off this dang soapbox!)
7If you’re on Twitter, the Dems are talking. Harris, Schiff, Swalwell, Pelosi and others have been vocal and consistent. I’m not on Facebook, so I can’t speak to that.
8Well, you can take that denial and slap it between 2 slices of bread!
9He used an exclamation point. That proves beyond the remotest shadow of a doubt that he really, truly, honestly didn’t know about it.
10Uh Maggie? Who would want a sh*t sandwich? Unless you could get Dotard45 to eat it, that is. (Sorry, Mama for the crudity)
11I hold on to the thought that Pence’s adminstration would be somewhat restricted if we get enough blues in Congress. He can wear out his knees in prayer but he would have a fight, plus there is no way in hell he could be elected on his own.
