Uh Oh. Mueller Is Sniffing Around Trump Again

March 15, 2018 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Heads up.

The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, has subpoenaed the Trump Organization to turn over documents, including some related to Russia, according to two people briefed on the matter. It is the first known instance of the special counsel demanding documents directly related to President Trump’s businesses, bringing the investigation closer to the president.

This means the investigation will drag on for several more months but if that will  bring us closer to finding all of the players, it takes what it takes.

And on a completely other subject.  Russians are trying to attend the Texas Democratic Convention. Read what Glen Maxey says about it.

And since news is breaking faster than I can fix it, here’s another story about Russians and our electric grid.

  1. I have NEVER wanted to work for the FBI even once during my career. But you can bet your sweet a$$ I wish I worked for the FBI today. Wow! Game ON.

This where the whole filth fest leads. Dump’s finances will tell the sordid truth about this gangster and his mob minions.
The Prevaricator-in-Chief will ramp up efforts to shut Mueller down and get rid of him. The Saturday Night Massacre is coming soon. Along with popcorn, we may need 3-D glasses and hazmat suits.

Kudos to Glen Maxey for ferreting out the fake non-Americans wanting to attend the Texas Democratic Convention!

Scary to think that the Russians will be able to interfere with our power grid. Times are getting very scary!

Pres’ dereliction of duty re Russia means the rest of the world need to stand up & go over his head: NATO allies are discussing Article V of the Washington treaty… Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti, U.S. EUCOM chief, told a House panel today.
Article V – an attack against one Ally is considered as an attack against all Allies….re: the cyber attacks in US & releasing a chemical weapon against noncombatants in England are war crimes

Psst: That convicted white supremacist, Dylan Roof that shot & killed church full…his master race sister was arrested today for posting that she hopes anti-gun students were shot during their walk-out …and for having a knife, mace & weed on her in school.

    A knife, mace, AND weed?
Day-yum, girl – it’s a school day, not the weekend!

Seriously, it sounds like Social Services really dropped the ball when it came to the Root family. These parents shouldn’t have had custody of a feral cat, never mind children.

  6. Wow! The descriptions! They made me think of an old coon hound I once knew and how he operated. Nose to ground concentration at astronomical levels. Bingo! He found what he was looking for!

  7. Jane & PKM says:

Hey Donnie, remember that “red line” you drew regarding your finances? Mr. Mueller has responded. Here. Let me translate his response into words even you can understand: #Neener, neener, neeeeener

    7
  8. And not to gloat, but Vanessa filed for divorce from DJT Jr today.

My schadenfreude will negatively affect my karma, but it’s worth it.

  9. Karen Crosby says:

    Thanks, JJ and Glenn

  10. That Other Jean says:

Good on Glen Maxey! I hope our government gets its act together (probably a forlorn hope in this administration, but it would be nice if someone knew how to do their jobs.)

I agree with Lunargent absolutely, and with everything that Ted wrote.

  11. Oh sweetness. When that other shoe drops the fall out will be monumental.

  12. Mah Fellow Murkuhn says:

I do not understand why power generation plants and grids need to be connected to the internet. I understand the need to be connected to each other, but that doesn’t need the entire internet. Dedicated circuits aren’t that expensive, considering what is at risk. The operators can wait until they’re off duty to look at Spacebook, or MyFace, or whatever else they want. Sometimes convenience has to be replaced by something else.

  13. @Lunargent

Yep a “A knife, mace, AND weed” is school day stuff. Her weekend party mix is likely Ecstasy and vodka.

    13
  14. Lunargent says:

    Micr –
    Sorry, my mistake.
You also forgot the taser and the Glock 9.

  15. Sandridge says:

Holy Crap! McMaster just got poleaxed.
That’s how many just this week?
None of this turmoil is good for our nation, no way no how.

Read that hordes of very qualified career diplomatic people in the now half-staffed State Dept were purged on mostly ideological grounds (weren’t RWNJ enough).
They can’t even find people to set up the Dear Leaders meeting.
And John (‘stache- nuke ’em first, let gawd sort ’em out) Bolton may be heading up something soon.
    #&%$=;\##!

Yup, even the in-laws are jumping ship, bye bye Vanessa. But the stunningly brilliant Lara is sticking around. She almost makes Eric look less sub-human.

  17. Charles R Phillips says:

ALL nuclear power plants should be shut down immediately, and stay that way until the computer systems can be replaced. I worked at Wolf Creek in the 80’s, and their systems then dated back as far as the mid 70’s. I doubt anyone is still available to simply re-program some of those ancient beasts.

  18. Wondering if trump jr is separating to distract from daddy’s bad news. Or did his poor wife come to her senses…….

    18
  19. WA Skeptic says:

@#17: Not to mention that it’s all too easy to slip a piece of mischief into a line of program instructions and VERY difficult to find it.

I once worked at an oil refinery which was almost totally computerized; there were only about 25 people to be “on the ground” in event of emergency. The system had upgraded in the ’80’s but god only knows what kind of programs are being run even now. They have great programmers, but that’s a lot of very complicated programs.

I’m willing to bet that it’s already too late for most systems. Our electric grid is already vulnerable just because it needs to be interconnected for responding to power outages, etc. And, YES, isolate nuclear power plants from any outside connections. Shut downs would be a great idea.

  20. And Sarah H-S couldn’t answer yesterday whether Russia is friend or foe. What a tool of the enemy.

    20
  21. An MSNBC commentator described Trump’s business as the “dark heart” of the Russia conspiracy to defraud the American people.

    21
  22. The sum total of the problem:

“This case in Texas needs to receive the highest level of urgency,” Watts said. “It’s outrageous that we are in March, just months ahead of midterms, and we are not feeling this urgency from our own government.”

    22
  23. Kama is a bitch; Manafort and Cage’s money laundering trial is due to start just before the November elections. Remember; vote early, vote often.

    23
  24. I think my useless Texas Senators need a nice stiff email on the subject of Russians trying to sneak into Travis County’s convention. I’m sure Cornyn will tell me again that the Russians aren’t really a problem, they just want to be friends. Cruz could say anything that’s not to the purpose. But I want it on paper (after I print out their replies) to show how complicit they both are with their Russki pals.
