Well, well, well …. bake my butt and call me biscuits.
I know this comes as no shock to you but prosecutors in bridgeghazi say that Chris Christie knew it was happening while it was happening.
But, the fun part is that both the prosecution and defense lawyers agree on this.
The prosecutors made the assertion during opening statements in the trial of two former Christie administration officials charged with closing the lanes in 2013 and then covering it up.
Mr. Christie has insisted that he had no knowledge of the plot to close the lanes, and said that he did not recall being told about the closings while they were happening.
Defense lawyers have also said that Mr. Christie knew. But the statement on Monday was striking in that it was prosecutors confirming that assertion.
I demand a congressional investigation and 20 million dollars to investigate. Or in the alternative, twenty bucks a guy named Joey the Hammer.

Many, so many people were saying that Christie wasn’t chosen, or Rudy either for that matter, as the VP candidate be caused they could lie as well as Trump and he can’t stand competition, he has to be the best at Everything!

As a resident of NJ I look forward to the obese pig of a governor (no offense to pigs) getting caught in his lies. I am going to enjoy listening to his excuses. It does seem to me that he may be mentally deficient too since he can’t remember if he knew about the incredibly dangerous traffic jam in Fort Lee.
I am getting out my old cheerleader uniform the cheer for the prosecutors when they win.

4What’s really sad is that from what I’ve read about Christie’s early career he was an extremely aggressive lawyer for the State of New Jersey (Atty Gen?); how power corrupts.

“Batting practice” as a means and method for correcting attitudes saw its zenith in the LAPD under Ed Davis, who had inherited a department that saw itself as a last bastion of the values of Old LA. Their inventive use of baseball bats was legendary. And of course directly lead to the Rodney King beating. Oh and riots that destroyed over a billion dollars in LA real estate.

13My biggest surprise is that Andrew Cuomo is as big a jerk as Chris Christie. Cuomo knew that Christie was involved but he worked to keep that hidden. Why would a Democratic Governor help hide the scandal of a neighboring Republican Governor? I can only guess that Cuomo thought Christie had a chance at President and wanted to get in good with him. That’s the type of slimeball Cuomo is.
