Oh Glenn, What a Waste of an Extra N

My State Senator is trying to move up in the world.  His name is Glenn Hegar and he’s dumb as a sack of hammers.  And doesn’t look much better either.

So who should he tout as an endorser in his campaign for Texas Comptroller during the Republican primary?

Oh right, the guy who called Ted Cruz every name in the book.

Smart move in the Republican primary in Texas, Glenn.  No wait ….

Thanks to Victoria Linn for the heads up.

  4. Grover (guffawwww!!!) Norquist? Yeah, Grover has no love for the Cruz-er but that is about his only good point. Othewise Hegar is a masochist!

Perhaps I’m being persnickety, but if you hadn’t seen photos of those two dudes, you’d think from the posting that the guy on the left is Norquist and the guy on the right is Hegar.

  6. Haven’t we reached the “Grover Who?” point or are there people who still think he is relevant?

  7. Seeing the name Grover, unless possibly followed by Cleveland or The Muppet, certainly gets me to turn the page to anything else.

  8. It seems Norquist’s middle name is Glenn, with a wasted extra n also.
I was hoping not hear that name again ’til 2016, when he waves all those signed pledges not to raise taxes at the Repug candidates. But, noooo.

Mr. Norquist could learn a great deal from the Blue, Fuzzy, Intrepid Grover.
