Michele, Calm Yourself

As the lock step march for impeachment without using the actual word impeachment continues ….

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) on Tuesday accused President Barack Obama of “rewriting the constitution” for his political agenda, particularly in the case of his signature health care law.

“He has rewritten the Constitution for himself as a part of his effort to fundamentally transform the United States of America,” Bachmann said on Fox News on Tuesday.

Really?  Sometimes, just for fun, I sit around and daydream what these idiots would do if we had an actual liberal President.

  1. Thank God President Obama is trying to “fundamentally transform the United States” into a country where fairness and equality have a chance to become reality.
Ah, but there we have the issue: reality.
Bachman lost touch with that a long time ago.
    Love that graphic.

  2. I still say she sleeps in a coffin.

  3. For decades the radical right has been rewriting not only the Constitution, but the Bible. We now have an eleventh commandment to the effect “Thou shalt not say anything bad about capitalism, even if you’re the Pope.”

FBI raided the home of former Bachmann staffer,Kent Sorensen(former Iowa state senator who was forced to resign for illegally taking money) in their investigation against Bachmann campaign improprieties. This was yesterday,I believe. Maybe her husband can pray away he dingbattedness.

  5. I’m waiting for an edited picture of President Obama sneaking into the National Archives with correction fluid and a pen. After the sheer amount of rewriting the RWNJs have done, the correction fluid must be at least an inch thick (2 inches over the 2nd amendment on the Bill of Rights).

On the calm front, at least the certifiable one is not running for re-election. Maybe she will sign up for Obamacare and receive the help she desperately needs.

The good news continues, with Max Baucus retiring to Montana.

There is a pattern here. Texas and Kentucky, please do your part.

Lord knows we are trying in Kentucky and darn sure Miss Juanita Jean is doing her part.

Hippie in the Hollar, we feel your pain and appreciate your efforts.

Ruh-roh, Screwy Louie is seeping out of TX and DC. He’s been sighted in the High Desert: “Heaven bless him, he never had to work with the 113th lead by Representatives Boehner, Cantor, and the likes of Louie Gohmert.” http://desertbeacon.wordpress.com/

Curse you, Chuck Koch for setting loose your game of whack-a-mole.

    @Maggie,

Well done, madam! I totally agree. A perfect place for guano loco Michele & her many paranoid fantasies to safely rest up for her next imaginary battle.

Dear Michelle Bachman: That document does not say what you think it says. Yes, I know you think it says “We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect division between rich, which equals righteous, and poor, which equals unrighteous…” in the Preamble, but it doesn’t. Read it again. I know you think it was devised to promote capitalism, but it wasn’t. Read it again. Oh, and get help with the big words. Your reading level is somewhere south of Dixie and below fourth grade.

  13. Don A, in a world where a climate-change denier is head of the House Science and Technology Committee, anything is possible, as long as it’s outrageous and stupid.

  14. Thanks, Elizabeth. That pretty much covers it.

@PoliteKool — careful before you get too excited about Ol’ Wild Eyes — I thought DeMint leaving Congress was a good thing and look how that’s worked out.
