Put Those Ta-Tas Away! They Are Causing All Manner of Problems.
His name is Jim Rubens and shame is his game.
Do you want to know the reason for all this workplace violence?
Women. Hooter toters. Females. That’s what.
A former New Hampshire state senator who’s announcing his candidacy to unseat Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen says women in the workplace are at least partially to blame for mass shootings and other violence by men.
“Bottom line: the collaborative, flexible, amorphously-hierarchical American economy is shutting out ordinary men who were once the nation’s breadwinners in living-wage labor and manufacturing jobs,” wrote former state Sen. Jim Rubens in a 2009 blog post.
I have no idea what a amorphously-hierarchical is, but I bet it only happens once a month.
He says that because there’s not enough male jobs since females came to the workplace, men “are falling over the edge.”
Whoa.
So, let me get this straight. I have a job and that causes men to shoot up workplaces. Okay.
Uh, what about the fact that I make 77 cents for the same job my male counterpart makes $1.00 for? Shouldn’t that make me go over the edge? Plus, I’ve got that whole amorphously-hierarchical thing going on once a month. Honey, I think women should get a medal for NOT shooting up the workplace.
Now Ole Jim says he’s not against women in the workplace. I guess that means he’s for violence in the workplace since women are causing it. This stuff makes my head hurt.
Hand me an aspirin. My amorphously-hierarchical hurts something awful.
Thanks to Carl for the heads up.
Amorphous pretty much describes rethuglicans plans for everything from healthcare to the economy to foreign policy. Imagine G.A.Custer and his troops at the Little BigHorn just saying no when Sitting Bull and friends ambled over to chastise them for the hell of it.
1“Living wage” jobs? Really? Where the frick are they? Only Jimbo knows!
What he should also know is that opinions are like belly buttons. Everyone has one. Thus, his belly button does not make him special. If he wants to argue about anything amorphously hierarchical that he just naturally has, he’s gonna lose from the git-go!
2How many more are in this GOP clown car?!
3Amorphous? He better get his mouth washed out with soap for what he just said. OF course I don’t know what it means but shoot, that never bothers anyone else. Besides, if women didn’t have jobs, nobody would ever have coffee.
4What Marge said. That is funny! Except I can’t stand coffee.Yuck.
5I think idiot politicians are at least partially, if not mostly responsible for mass shootings and other violence by men.
6Here’s a chart comparing Americans killed in war, and Americans shot by guns. It looks like a big problem to me, and politicians have gone almost 250 without providing a solution:

I know well OF Jim…he lives across the river. He used to be hippie then became a capitalist. He never made any sense before and now what’s old is new!
8Rubens is in favor of a carbon tax, among other things. Isn’t there any other candidate in N.H. also in favor of a carbon tax? and what will the Koch brothers have to say about someone who comes with his hand out, but the guy is in favor of a carbon tax? Will he change his tune to get funds from the Koch brothers? It takes a lot of courage to be in favor of a carbon tax. I mean, even Obama isn’t in favor of it, why, I don’t know but there you go. I personally think we should have a carbon tax. There. It’s imprinted in your memory.
9He has never seen a Black woman on her monthly amorphously-hierarchical….we just might shoot up the workplace if they had to work with him!
10@Rick—Wow. Just wow.
11Let’s see, who is it that makes sure that this guy’s fan club members can’t support a family on one paycheck, forcing wives into the workplace? Republicans.
Who is it that wants to make sure they can pay women and minorities less than this guy’s fan club members, so that they can hire them instead and ditch the fan clubbers? Republicans. (And illegal aliens are even better.)
You want to see workplace shootings, send the women home, so that this guy’s fan club members lose their house, their car. etc., to the banks. If the Repubs have their way, those ‘living wage’ jobs are never coming back. (Lot of ‘falling over the edge’ when you have to live in shelters and under bridges. Hard to keep a job, too.)
Alternatively, every white man in America could come out in favor of strict pay equity. Abracadabra – instant level playing field.
12I had an amorphously-hierarchectomy fifteen years ago. Do I still count as a woman?
13Thanks, Rick! That’s just plain scary, but so educational.
14If this jackwagon were in my workplace spouting bushwah like that, I’d be tempted to shoot him up, and maybe wing anybody who agreed with him.
Publicans. If it’s not the bitchy women, it’s the uppity blacks or the wetbacks or the queers or somebody else they don’t like who’s at fault. It sure as heck is never anybody who looks, and pulls in money, like they do.
15Oh, and don’t forget– when we get raped, that’s our fault too.
16So , Mr. Reubens feels that men are too emotionally unstable to be allowed into the workplace? After all, he seems to feel that men can’t handle the stresses of modern life – such as the unfortunate reality that it takes 2 salaries to raise a family these days. (Unless he thinks that only gay men should marry…
17Given that every workplace violence story I’ve ever heard featured a male shooter, I would say that the only way women contribute is by being targets.
18OMG! Check out Wikipedia for amorphous hierarchy. Its actually a computational system for computers using very, very large numbers. Where did Jimbo ever get the idea it applied to shutting out ordinary men? Unless these are the guys who can’t use any number over 10?
