The Best Thing To Happen All Year

May 16, 2013 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Please let me introduce Dr. Steve Hotze.  He’s a major player in Texas Republican politics.  He’s a nut.  Honey, he wouldn’t be stable even if you mounted him on a tripod.

He is a medical doctor who practices non-traditional therapy for what ails you, mostly medicines you can only buy from him.

Now he’s become a techno rock star.  He has recorded two songs.  God Fearing Texans Stop Obamacare and Texans Stand Against Obamacare for the non believers.

You can also listen to them right here.

You kinda owe it to yourself to hear this because teaspoons caught in the garbage disposal  sound better.  And they also rhyme better, too.

The very best part of it is that Hotze needs laughing at.

Thanks to Joy for the heads up.

  2. MCPO Ret says:

I’m taking the long drive to Katy just to look at Dr. Hotze.
    He believes:
No doctor shall provide medical service on the sabbath
All disease is caused by original sin of Adam and Eve
    Doctors have a priestly calling
Salvation is the key to your health
That’s my kind of doctor except when I’m sick.

Makes my eyes do this. o.0

  4. TexasEllen says:

Hotze Totzy bad, enhanced singing of repetitive historically laughable presumptions. Given his medical philosophy, he’s probably enabling some Darwin Award winners to depart this mortal coil.

  5. Let’s not forget that he gets all spun up and wrapped around the axle about the gays, too. Believe he got picked up for DWI in the wee hours of the morning in the cruising loop of Houston’s Memorial Park about 13 years or so ago.

He can’t hold a candle to Rocky Mountain Mike.

  7. Michele says:

Sounds like Kermit the Frog to me!

  8. Scott Little says:

Whoa! These two “songs” undoubtedly jump into first place as examples of Autotune abuse. Autotune is a fancy electronic system that converts the pitch you actually sing to the pitch that the song requires. It’s a popular crutch for pop stars that can’t really sing ( e.g. Ke$ha) and it produces the peculiar nasal-sounding, sliding result that you hear on these “songs”.

Clearly, Hotze cannot sing AT ALL…..

P.S. The lyrics are mindless lies, too.

  10. My ex, a plastic surgeon, hated guns & hunting growing up, but now carries 9mm handguns & has an AR-15 as well (allegedly due to ‘crazy’ pt unhappy w/surgery results). So far he’s not released any crazy songs. Although, there’s still time & he might…

  11. Juanita Jean, Once again, I Insist there is a factory Somewhere in hidden Texas, that is churning these morons out on an assembly line. Someone Has to work there, and they are doin a hell of a lot of overtiime to boot!
Can’t you use the full forces of the salon to dig up something on this business?? Please!

  12. The good Doc? is angry. His quackery therapies will not be covered under Obamacare. His patients (suckers) are going to leave him for the real thing.

My two cats loved his songs. The two dogs not so much.

Hotze has been around for years. I cannot recall one of his “issues” ever winning. He whined about Houston’s mayor, and has continually complained about leftists. He is a joke – a well worn one at that.

  15. Wow… just, wow.

I’m pretty sure he had to stick something up his Gohmert to hit a couple of those high notes (auto-tune, or no auto-tune).

I think the preponderance of certifiable lunatics residing in Texas has something to do with the state’s size and huge population. No other way to explain it, except by messin’ with Texas, and god knows, none of us wants that.

But even from here in middle Tennessee it’s obvious the gene pool down there needs more chlorine. But hey, with this “doctor” treating his true believers, the odds are that the loony herd is bound to thin itself out.

  16. Holtze is not worried about Obamacare because his “medical practice” is cash only. He doesn’t even take insurance because no insurance would cover is quackery. He is a super quack who is always lobbying the legislature to impede the ability of the state medical board to enforce legal standards of medical practice. He has a lot of clout with the wingnuts in the legislature.

  17. Mary in Austin says:

Who else remembers how he left Austin in the early 80’s? He got in a snit because his referendum to allow job discrimination against gay men and lesbians did not pass.
