I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.

I believe that Scalia’s remark of the “perpeuation of racial entitlements” that he is talking about whitey and their 24/7 whining about losing “racial entitlements!”
1Honestly, I don’t think it matters what was said by Paul Rand. He is the first 2016 Presidential Candidate to step up and demonstrate what a lot of Americans have been wanting…that the filibuster be a true filibuster. I think we will continue to see him making power plays like this that can help promote him. So in many ways, the cartoon is so accurate, because it was mostly about establishing his presence than the topic.
2JJ: Justice Scalia is the subject of another cartoon about feeding Jim Crow in the park.

3Rand “Pretty Boy” Paul is just trying to get name recognition now… to differentiate from his father’s name later when he officially launches his campaign. Can’t say it’s a bad move because it worked! Loads of media gave him bald-faced free advertising. :-O

I really need to get my eyes checked, but I do so enjoy some of the things I “mis-see” Mom Hugs aka Eva’s link appeared to the bleary eyes as online Heathens not online Athens etc. Thought that might be a good place for me as I am a long standing member of the Unrepentant Heathens Church of the Cynic.

I have been the high Priestess of the founding branch of the “California Branch of the Church of the Tahitian Babes” for many years, being given a wooden babe for my Christmas tree many years ago…her grass skirt carved beautifully onto the little silhouette…does that preclude being a priestess in “UHC of the C”? I have never felt constrained in my belief systems, a Christed Jew-Bu covers most of the bases…living in New York State now I could start a sister branch there easily…
