Handy Dandy Tool
Want to follow the Texas Lege – the largest collection of crazy people outside of Arizona?
The Texas Tribune has made it fun and colorful to do just that.
I’d bookmark it if I were you because it’s damn cheap entertainment.

Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
Hey, that is a handy, dandy tool! Ya got a good one there!
I sent the Texas Tribune link to like-minded friends who have a software development business in another state. It should be included in every state’s newspapers, online & at least weekly in print.
1Dandy tool! Thanks. I’m particularly interested in the HHS bills regarding services under medicare/medicaid for disabled folks who are no longer children. Hooray for Zaffirini!
2Good one, I put the link on my “favorites” bar
3Can’t get the graphics at work. Must be filtered by the firewall. Works just fine on my iPad, though. Thanks for sharing!
4That’s a neat thing; I’ve bookmarked it so I can see what crazy things some of my least favorite lege members are trying to do. The Tribune should have had a special category for “sex” since so many are concerned about it.
5I see that Larson from San Antonio has proposed a bill to eliminate state tuition for kids who aren’t legal residents but have been in Texas for 3 years and graduated from a Texas high school. What a jerk. What we need are more kids from immigrant families not being able to afford college.
