Why I Am Not Speaking to CNN
First reason I am not speaking to CNN:
I subscribe used to subscribe to their breaking news. You know how their instant polls said that it was 48% to 40% in favor of President Obama even among what they admit is a heavily Republican sample?
I get this last night at 10:47 Texas time.
Seriously? Honey, 8 percentage points (with a poll skewed Republican) is considered a landslide.
Second reason I am not speaking to CNN:
Double seriously? Check out this story.
You’re going to fault a man for bringing a capital investment of $100 million and 800 jobs to his city? I guess the easiest way to fault him to is freekin’ leave that part out.
Reason Numero Tres why I am not speaking to CNN:
They give David Gergen a microphone.
Okay, I feel better getting that off my chest.
CNN(Fox Light) is trying it’s best to swing the vote and make news. Bister’s former job with Jerusalem Post and Mitt’s Senor connection has him all wet below the belt.
1Neocon GOP “subject matter experts” and twisted facts are the norm.
Anything to make news no matter how bad for dear old USofA.
I haven’t been speaking to CNN since they let my friend of well over 40 years, the awesome, experienced, really smart, fabulous reporter and former anchor Jeanne Meserve go last fall. They went Fox Lite and killed their reputation. Bring back Ted Turner.
2CNN stopped being credible shortly after Bernard Shaw was hiding under a desk in Baghdad at the start of Desert Storm. The folks who invented cable news should just stick to infomercials and Kim Kardashian updates these days.
3I’d love for Ted Turner to take them over again and go thru the whole lot like a dose of salts. They have the possibility of drawing on their international assets and committing journalism with proper leadership.
4I clicked over to CNN last night after the debate a couple of times – they kept saying over and over…that more RePigs were in America and that is why their polls skewed toward Mittens.
Then, Mittens lost when the polls came out and they kept saying he won~

6But on the other hand, you gotta love it when Soledad goes toe-to-toe with John Sununu or Rudy Guliani. Those guys just about blow a gasket every time they talk with her.
7It’s been going downhill since they let Aaron Brown go. The only not completely useless person there is Soledad O’Brien.
