Signs, Signs, Everywhere There’s Signs
Customer Jose sent us proof that somebody is watching a little too much Star Wars.
Highway 29 about 6 or 7 miles east of Georgetown …
And right along side of it —
Because if there’s anything we Democrats really hate, it’s a little freedom.
Hummm, I thought freedom’s just another word for nothing left to lose.
Thanks to Jose for photographic evidence.
Just back from a fishing trip to North Carolina’s Cape Hatteras. Signs down there were “Romney/Ryan – Born in America” – they can’t come up with anything original, I guess.
1Well THAT’s disgusting! I personally hope like He** Obama is reelected so I can keep the freedom to make decisions about my own body.
2I enjoy the Spanish punctuation.
3one of my kids just reminded to look at bill moyers site this week. it’s chillingly relevant.

“Love your Freedom?” And right underneath “TRESPASSERS WILL BE…”
5Yeah, I love our freedom to decide when or if we have children and to have decent health care and clean air and water and safe food and toys that won’t kill kids, and freedom to marry the person we love regardless of race or gender.
You, the sign-planter, probably love your freedom to have an arsenal of bazookas and rocket-propelled grenades and to pay crap wages and to pollute the **** out of everything you can smear and to make huge amounts of money and look down on everyone who doesn’t.
It’s a question of whose freedom impinges on whose.
6If Romney/Ryan is their only hope, they are in deep Kaka del Toro!
7WRT the “Love your freedom?” sign:
My question for conservatives is: Freedom for whom to do what?
I would like freedom from shariah law. They may call themselves Christians, they may think that forcing the bibel on everyone is somehow better than forcing the quran on everyone, but shariah law is what they want.
8Let’s see. They want the freedom not to have to live or work next to brown and black people. They want the freedom to inflict their backward religious views on the rest of us. They want to become as rich as Croesus and, because they buy the argument that if we only deregulate enough, and lower the 1%’s taxes enough, they may actually have a shot at becoming the new wave of plutocrats. They’ve voted against their own economic interests for 40 years and aren’t about to listen to sense now.
9Talk about Fantasyland.
Insanity: repeating the same process over and over again with the conviction you will obtain a different result.
