Yo! Congressional Republicans! Listen Up!

June 22, 2012 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

We need you guys to keep on with all that investigating and contempt stuff.  It’s working so damn well.

And, hell, let’s go for impeachment!  The American public just loves when y’all try to impeach a President.

In Texas’ 25th congressional district, Republican  congressional candidate Wes Riddle is campaigning on a platform to impeach President Obama.

What has President  Obama done, you ask?

Riddle, a retired Army officer from Gatesville, wants to impeach Obama for “giving away” seven Arctic Ocean and Bering Sea islands near Siberia to Russia.

(Yes, even though those islands were ceded in 1991 under President George H.W. Bush.)

Well, at least he’s in the right century.

Thanks to Cheryl and Brian C for the heads up.

Be social and share!

Has no one pointed out the facts to Riddle? Or is he just wearing the patented Telfon brain cap that seems to be the latest GOTP fad. Truth simply slides off when directed to them.

Have you heard the latest? They are calling the Life-Line and Link Up phone programs that help the poor have a phone line “Obama-Phones”…as if the Obama Administration created these programs. They were created under Ronald Reagan in 1984/87…

Report: Issa Staffer Offered To Stop Holder Contempt Vote For DOJ Scalp

“Rep. Darrell Issa’s chief investigative counsel offered to stop the contempt vote against Attorney General Eric Holder in exchange for the resignation of Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer, Newsweek’s Dan Klaidman is reporting.

“Issa staffer Stephen Castor brought up the issue of “accountability” during a phone call with a senior DOJ official last week, according to the report. Castor reportedly said they could head off the contempt vote if Breuer stepped down.

“Breuer, who heads the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, apologized in October for not telling other Justice Department officials that guns were allowed to “walk” during the Bush administration when Congress first raised questions about Operation Fast And Furious in early 2011.”

Wow. We call that extortion where I’m from.

I am getting SO tired of stupid…I’m crabby enough from the heat (not used to the humidity in the East, yet…) and tired, my chronic illness is exhausting on a good day–but at my worst I am not stupid (and I’m talking when I’m way drugged for pain)
My children when they were growing up had no patience for the underclass of stupid–and I tried to be gentle in explaining that there were a lot more of them than us–so deal without anger if you can, but I am tired of stupid and getting angry, and about so much.
When my hair goes (dyed)bone white and is an inch long all over, and I start wearing only black leather–(I’m already working out) that’ll be the sign that I’ve become something to fear—just letting y’all know…getting close to that edge (already dyed blonde-just not bone white!)
Only my Beauty Shop Buddies will know for sure that I’ll have gone over! I was spawned in violence, bred in hate, abused enough to know it’s normally something to avoid, but I’m getting angry…hungry children and brainless dickheads–it’s a bad combo!

  8. I don’t know about the GOP/Tea Party in the north and south convoluted stretch of our new District 25, but here in the middle-most portion of Central Texas, wild-eyed foaming hatred of the President and wild-eyed foaming passionate super-deluxe pro-life Bible-thumping will win. Sadly.

  9. I don’t think that being in the right century does much good if you’re not in your right mind.

To me the scariest part of this is that Riddle was an officer, considered mentally fit to lead.

Hi Elise, you are not really angry with stupid. Stupid is a condition that plagues one who does not have enough intellect to keep up with the world. What YOU are angry at is willful, wallowing, cover up your ears against inconvenient truths and sing la la la la IGNORANCE. Ignorance can be corrected, but not without a little honest self analysis and it requires effort to fill the void. An open mind is essential. A little courage helps. YOU, my friend, have all these qualities in spades and that’s why you have been able to rise above the hate and violence in your life AND break the cycle for your children. Unfortunately, these qualities are not standard issue to most Republicans, especially evangelical Christian types, who prefer to hide their heads in the sand or bark at the moon. It is a very sad state of affairs.

And here’s hoping that your illness causes you a minimum of pain and sorrow today 🙂 Buy yourself a nice little Honda Shadow or NightHawk to go with your leather when the time comes, loud Harleys seem to go with loudmouth republicans…
