Bad Boys

September 07, 2017 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Republican Congressman Tim Murphy of Pennsylvania is pro-life.  He is also pro-fornication.

Murphy, who has a Ph.D. is psychology, admitted to having an affair with a “personal friend.”  He has been named in his “personal friend’s” divorce proceedings.

He is 64 years old and his “personal friend” is 32 years old.

I guess we should not be surprised – he has voted for all Trump’s initiatives this year. Like president, like congressman.

Is it just me, or are more sanctimonious, hypocritical Republicans fooling around than Democrats?

Thanks to Deb for the heads up.

JuanitaJean Herownself, ixnay on the snacilbupeR chosen phraseology. We cannot allow them to frame the discussion in their up is down euphemisms. In no way are they “pro-life.” The forced birthers support the death penalty and war, while they sure as hell have demonstrated they could care less about children.

That this latest STD infected snacilbupeR Neurosyphilis sack of hypocrisy was both elected and has not been recalled speaks volumes about what snacilbupeR voters will tolerate in terms of hypocrisy and downright distortion.

2018. Time to finish cleaning out the leftover Freedumb Caucus and the Dolt45 supporting miscreants in Congress.

  2. Do we know if this “personal friend” is male or female?

    2
  3. His personal friend is a forensic psychologist, defined as:

The study of criminals and their crimes, for instance, to determine what traits certain types of criminals have.

I can’t wait for her to describe their relationship as “research.”

  4. Reminds me of a meme of Obama and Biden having lunch at a diner. Obama says, “Edwards, Weiner, the Republicans– they’re all getting some on the side. Why can’t I do that?” Biden says, “Because your wife would kick your ass.”

As for Murphy, older men can be attractive, but… that one…?

  5. WA Skeptic says:

I’m sure there are just as many D’s as R’s slip-slidin’ around the social mores but it just seems as if the D’s aren’t getting caught.

    Yet.

  6. I wonder if this will affect his 100% rating from the Christian Coalition?

    6
  7. He’s one of the most hypocritical of the rwnj’s, a mental health specialist who voted for that infamous wealthcare bill which eliminated mental health benefits. Way to ‘first do no harm’, Murphy, you hypocrite.

  8. I’m with Jane and PIM: “Pro-life” is Orwellian for lots of things, but “life” isn’t one of them. I reject that term.

Hey “WA Skeptic”, do you have any data to back up your slander? Could it be that you are merely providing cover for *hole Repugs?
If this question riles you, we can settle it in the Tahadi Ring! Any intellectual should get my meaning!

  11. I suspect the (absolute) *numbers* to be about the same.

I suspect the two-faced sanctimoniousness to be a little more prevalent on the R side.

And the rate of divorce lower in Blue vs Red states…

  12. Jane & PKM says:

WA Skeptic, true none of us are perfect. But what shuts down the “both sides” fantasy mid flight is the hypocrisy of the snacilbupeR, particularly their confusing sanctimony for morals rhetoric and their base.

Pretty much whatever happens on the DNC or RNC SS Monkey Business is none of my concern. Not mine to “forgive or forget.” I just wish the snacilbupeR would return the same courtesy. Bill Clinton 1; Denny Hastert, Newt Gingrich, Henry Hyde and so many more equal about a 12 or more. And, let’s not forget the under reported Bob Allen of FL.

  13. Well color me dumbass, cause even after cursory googling, I don’t have a clue what the hell a tahadi ring is. A prayer circle for jihadists with speech impediments? An Afghan MMA octagon? Who knew intellectualism had so many questions?

  14. Joseph P, just remember that even before he committed the sin he was already forgiven according to the rwnjxians. They have misread/misinterpreted or just completely missed the entire quote from the bible as in go and sin no more. And if according to a recent survey white xians are declining in numbers compared to what they once were, it ain’t hard to figure out why. They 1. can’t live up to their creed or 2. they have finally admitted they just can’t make it to the finish line no matter how hard they think they are trying to be “good”.

  15. WA Skeptic says:

@#10–I’m just jaded enough to think that if someone thinks s/he can get away with cheating, s/he will. It has nothing to do with politics.

My little ol’ country mama used to tell me “A stiff p***k has no conscience”, and in my long life, I have found that to be true.

  16. JAKvirginia says:

WA Skeptic: I get you. But the basic difference is the R’s run around screaming “family values” and such where the D’s don’t. So, yeah, I snicker when a proud R is caught with his pants down… so to speak.

    16
  17. By the evidence, he’s not pro-fornication, he’s pro-adultery.
