Jerk Lessons
- II have come to the logical conclusion that Republicans take Jerk Lessons. Seriously, nobody can be that big a jerk on their own.
For example: take Kansas Republican Senator Pat Roberts. He made a joke yesterday that was absolutely not her-har-har funny.
As anybody who knows diddle squat knows for damn certain that men can get breast cancer, too. Additionally, breast cancer is not funny.
He later apologized for it, saying mammograms “are essential to women’s health” and he didn’t mean to indicate otherwise.
Yeah, but …
He supports the repeal of the “essential services” of Obamacare and that includes mammograms.
Senator Roberts, please make an appointment to visit your local Jerks Anonymous meeting.

It’s been said that Reagan was responsible for the devastation to mental health care, but the ‘compassionate’ conservatives at the RNC found jobs in Congress for those who would otherwise be homeless.

4I’d like him to speak with some Marine Corps gunnery sergeants who got breast cancer due to benzene releases at Camp Lejeune. They can have the discussion out back behind the barracks.
5I read in the WashPost that the rightwing “Freedom Caucus” wants some things removed from GOPDon’tCare, including maternity coverage.
If you want to strip women of maternity health insurance, don’t come crying to me that you want to stop abortion to save the precious little unborn, because you’ve proven you don’t give a rat’s ass.
6Rhea, that’s pretty much what I wrote to my Congresscritter, Chris Collins (R-NY). The only difference is that I said “behind” instead of “ass,” and mentioned the honesty of the “party of Lincoln.”
7I am always speechlessly astounded at the inability of men to make connections of any sort, whether scientific, social, psychological and even physical despite the fact that they generally bleat they have that last one down pat.

The Freedumb Caucus doesn’t like all ten. Thus it should be mandatory that those 10 essentials be excluded from their govt health insurance package. Broken leg or not, no emergency care for them. Mental health services for them? Let’s negotiate that one with them – that they can have, but only after they write a check to the US Treasury for ALL the NRA donations/bribes they have received.

13GOPers don’t have to take jerk lessons. They just have to surrender to their inner jerk. It’s in their DNA.
And there are as many types of jerk in the GOP as shrimp dishes Bubba listed off to Forest Gump: “Dey’s uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. In this case, ya got your knee-jerk snacilbupers, your garden variety conservajerks, your freedom caucajerks, your science deniajerks, your raging hypocrijerks, with new hybrids being added every day. It’s a veritable jerkapalooza!
