He Must Have Paid Off the Yacht
Randy Neugebauer, the man of hollering Baby Killer! fame and buying a yacht with his campaign funds, is stepping down.
Best we can figure, he paid off the yacht and gets to take it with him.
He was also the idiot guy who chew out the nice park ranger at the WWII Memorial in Washington, DeeCee, like it was her fault the government got shut down.
He was not Texas’ worst congressman, but he was just such a jerk.

14Pardon me for asking, but how can you actually TELL who’s Texas’s worst congressperson? Does Loopy Louie have a total lock on it now that Stockman has left for greener grifting? (Is this like asking which is the best university, and Harvard just sits there smiling smugly cause they always win?)
15Keep in mind that tom delay and Craddick, the speaker of the house in Texas made this man a congressman in the redistricting fiasco where Repubs gained control of the Texas delegation in Congress. I would guess that lobbying will pay off big.
