Fly Southwest, Or Not
Well, a Southwest Airline flight out of Houston to Albuquerque had a Trump incident.
Bruce Alexander, who is 49 years old, grabbed a passenger’s breast – get this – from behind. The female passenger said she dozed off and thought she felt someone touch her but assumed it was an accident because they cram you into those airplanes tighter than skin on a sausage. Then, a little later, he grabbed the back of her arm “and groped her ribs and then her breast.”
The female passenger stood up and yelled at Bruce, then demanded to be re-seated.
Bruce got his butt arrested when they landed.
According to an affidavit, when he was placed in handcuffs, he asked what the sentence was for the charge he was being arrested for and later told officers President Trump says it’s OK to grab women by their private parts.
No, Bruce, and you also cannot route all government business to your hotels, let your family run the country, needlessly taunt foreign leaders, palsy around with dictators and murderers, cheat on your taxes, slaughter the English language with impunity, or hire lawyers to pay off the women you had sex with.
And this is the current state of affairs–all the social niceties we used to take for granted, all the moral behaviors that we assumed we didn’t have to remind people of, have been turned upside down. Our Predator-in-Chief has set the bar so low that it is now deemed socially acceptable to call an elderly black woman an “ugly black bastard”:

1Bruce forgot the key thing about getting away with it…being filthy rich and politically powerful! The royalty of any country can do as they like, peons are always at risk of jail!
2If he’d have been a Supreme Court nominee, he’d still be on track for confirmation by this Friday, as there were no witnesses to corroborate her story.
Maybe it was the guy in the seat next to Bruce? Or snakes on a plane? Who knows?
3Folks, this is your basic “if you can’t win: lie cheat and/or steal” outcome.

4This is just one hair removed from the guys who claimed that when they forced themselves on women they were paying her a compliment and doing something that was good for her and besides, all the newspapers at the time pretty much reported that no one was injured.
5If only bras could be activated to shoot needles or pepper spray at the perverts who assume the right to degrade and assault women.
6Simple arrest is not enough. I know this not feasible, but some creative thinker might come up with a better idea.

7maryelle, that was an alternative use of hatpins, though the woman did have to use her arm to deploy the pin. By placement of the fingers, she could determine how deep she wanted it to go. Three inches was not impossible with some of those suckers.
8Maryelle, I can see some amazing ideas surfacing at the next neighborhood maker fair.
9And he did it on an airplane, why? Because he thought that was the only place in this country he could be reasonably sure she wasn’t carrying a gun?
