Okay, so Donald Trump held a rally and a black guy hollered, “Black lives matter.”
But apparently not, because the guy got mauled and kicked.
This happened after Trump ordered, “Get him the hell out of here, will you, please?”
Now seeing what happened with the man getting kicked and choked, normal people would say, “Oh hell no, that’s not what I meant.”
It will come as no shock to you that Donald Trump is not normal people.
In an interview on Sunday morning on “Fox and Friends,” Trump said, “Maybe [the man] should have been roughed up.”
Southall “was so obnoxious and so loud, he was screaming. I had 10,000 people in the room yesterday, 10,000 people, and this guy started screaming by himself and they — I don’t know, rough up, he should have been — maybe he should have been roughed up because it was absolutely disgusting what he was doing,” Trump said, according to a transcript of the interview.
He does know that if he’s elected President he can’t have people who disagree with him “roughed up,” right?
Or maybe he can. I dunno.
Have another question. Does Donald Trump’s candidacy eradicate Godwin’s Law? Because, you know, like Hitler.
He’s come out in favor of waterboarding, too. Gee, what an arrogant, ignorant, self righteous asshat!
1What a long, strange road this is, that winds and rewinds, and only once in a while seems to gain in elevation.
2I actually think Godwin’s Law should be suspended until after the election. Also, multiple showings of “It Can’t Happen Here” wouldn’t hurt, either.
3Godwin’s Law aside, these people are no different from Nazis in their beliefs and we will see it in their actions if given the chance. If they win 2016 and you are not a rich, white, xtian, male, be very, very afraid.

No. WE do not need to suspend Godwin’s Law. He does it every time he opens his mouth and his true-believers do it every time they follow his orders.
7Well, I’d like The Donald to be roughed up because I don’t agree with him and I also have as much chance of being president as he does – I hope!
8One more example of the powerful blowhard who’s never held elected office but wants to be President. They really need to try something else first, such as city council. They think that when they’re president, they’ll yell “Jump!” and everyone will jump without even asking how high. It doesn’t work that way. Ask Obama.

15I can’t stand even looking at his picture. He’s more repulsive than the Shrub. How about a mean bully for president? Imagine him and another mean bully, Netanyahu? OMG, the Middle East would become a terrible conflagration from end to end.
16Trump is a thug and his supporters follow his lead. Suppression is really what he is all about. Nobody gets to speak but him and everybody who objects is worthless in his eyes. How appropriate that he is the leading Rethug candidate. Says it all.

18Marge Wood, can you believe it? President Obi-Wan Kenobi is out of country for a few days consolidating the alliances needed to take a step forward to peace and further containing radical elements like ISIL. Meanwhile the snacilbupeR act like Air Force One is without communications and that our President cannot hear them.
Next time President Obama wishes to address the snacilbupeR, I suggest he goes to the podium and announces: “I am not deaf. I can hear you. I am ignoring you.”
19I noticed this evening that the network news (ABC in this case) used the most unflattering picture of the Donald in existence and highlighted the guy at the rally being roughed up.
Pardon my Schadenfreude, but I am SO enjoying watching the “Establishment” Rethugs squirm at the thought of this guy getting their nomination.
They are reaping what they sowed. Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch of people!

After all, I’m a sweet little old lady myself, gray hair, glasses, knitting, and all. I haven’t hit anybody in anger since I was a kid defending myself from bullies. (I have yelled at people in anger. Mea culpa. I now wish I hadn’t done that. No shame for hitting the bullies, though–it stopped the bullying.) Much as I think Trump richly deserves being hauled off and treated as he thinks others should be treated, I’m incapable of doing it. But if a gang tackled him in an alley…I just might say “Nyah, nyah, you asked for it.”
21So screaming is disgusting, but having people beaten up for it is A-ok?
The violent streak in the Repub right is scary. Just as they intend.
22They have been calling President Obama a dictator. If he ever said or did even one of the nasty things that the Don has there would be no end to the crazies outrage. Trump and his supporters hate is the result of 24/7 hate and lies from right wing radio, websites and Fox so called news. Demonizing over half of the population, celebrating intolerance, bigotry, and lack of civility and compromise because they are willing to put greed over the good of the country has brought us to this. It’s getting really ugly and President Obama is right it needs to stop.

Wouldn’t happen because Obama has far more class than that… including when he gets heckled during the State of the Union address.
24What else gripes me is that my money is paying Trump’s security. Man’s rich enough to buy his own blinkin’ security.
