A Quick Alex Jones Update
Again, I don’t know a whole lot to tell you because depositions in the Jones care are still going on. All I can say is that when I do get a few minutes to talk to Little Bubba, he is tired but happy.
I can tell you this. The Jones lawyer in the Connecticut cases is not faring well.
Honey, it takes some real special abilities to be more unethical than Alex Jones.
And, if you listen to podcasts, This American Life is about Alex Jones this week and Mark’s client, Lenny Pozner is interviewed. The show is called Beware the Jabberwock. It is well worth your time, as is anything This American Life does.

1Remember how Jones’ ex-wife said he calls himself a performance artist?
Now we have a performance artist that performs as a lawyer, in court.
I guess my question is: After Jones declares bankruptcy after being found guilty, can the original litigants keep hounding him for more damages each time he says that kind of thing again? Paying for the opposition lawyers each time he speaks would do Jones some good…
2Attorney Randazza sounds like a prime candidate to be Donald Trump’s next personal attorney. Looks like they have the same ethical values.
3Old Fart speaks of the time-honored Pavlovian* practice of conditioning by having to pay each time he spews his hateful swill.
I propose that a cattle prod be used in addition to the financial punishment, further enhancing the conditioned response.
* Actually, Pavlov conditioned by pleasant rewards to desired behaviors, but in this instance, where’s the fun?
