Wait, Wait, There’s More. He Ain’t Finished Yet, He Just Looks That Way.

Ted Cruz is talking and he can’t shuddup. (Read post below.)

ted-cruz-really-24784_186x186Ted Cruz on Monday equated Democrats with violent crime.

In an interview with conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt on Monday, the Texas senator said that “the simple and undeniable fact is the overwhelming majority of violent criminals are Democrats.”

In the same interview, the Texas Republican added, “There’s a reason why the Democrats for years have been viewed as soft on crime. The Democrats know convicted felons tend to vote Democrat.”

Yo, Ted!  It’s because we don’t have 50 cents for the damn condom machine.

Holy cow.

We are soft on crime because convicted felons tend to vote Democratic? See, that’s not how logic works. If we wanted more Democrats, we’d want more convicted felons and if we want more convicted felons we’d be hard on crime.

Ted, you might want to check, either your neurons ain’t synapsing proper or you got a condom wrapped around your cerebral cortex.

Thanks to everybody for the heads up.

Be social and share!

And what he doesn’t seem to know is that, in many, many states convicted felons are barred from voting–in some states, for life.

Quick. Someone give Ted a hormone shot. He has been unraveling since revealing his transgender status.

His synapses is napping. Or Sinusing or snoozing.

“Ted, you might want to check, either your neurons ain’t synapsing proper or you got a condom wrapped around your cerebral cortex.”

I believe that should be an “and” and not an “or.”

  6. Marge Wood says:

Sigh. Ted Cruz, with that smarmy look that makes you glad you didn’t teach him in 8th grade. He just makes up his facts as he goes, right?

  7. Too bad his dad didn’t wrap a condom around his penis.

  8. SallyinMI says:

For an ‘educated man,’ he sure is an ignorant cuss. Can’t even use Democratic properly. Can’t help himself from demonizing yet another group of Americans, this time white liberals. Can’t ever tell the truth. Poor Teddy…watching his Daddy’s predictions fall by the wayside. Guess what, Teddy? Anyone with your religious fervor will never be POTUS. Never. And I don’t care what kind of visions your Cuban/Canadian citizen father has, no God has anointed you to lead anyone, let alone a secular, diverse, and beautiful country. Go home and let your wife get back to her Goldman Sachs grifting.

  9. coprolite says:

It’s not the condom, its the elastic band in his underwear that has cut off the circulation to his brain.

    10
  11. When Ted tallies the overwhelming majority of criminals as Democrats, does someone with a large body of work still only count as one?

For instance, Dick Cheney by my calculation, would be the most violent criminal of the 21st Century so far.

    11
  12. Lunargent says:

Yeah, because every time the cops arrest somebody, the first thing they give after the perp’s same is the political affiliation.

In point of fact, I’m guessing that a lot of criminals aren’t registered to vote at all. But as we all know, Cruz operates in a fact-free zone. What he really means, of course, is that most criminals are Brown People, since many of them are, in fact, Democrats.

And so many people are so ignorant that they just lap this up. Most discouraging.

  13. JAKvirginia says:

Thank you Ted for providing data to back up your assertion. What’s the difference between what comes out of Ted Cruz’s mouth and a fart? There isn’t a difference.

  14. Polite Kool Marxist says:

Poor Teddy. Before when he bent over looking for ideas, there was only one place for his head. Post surgery he seems addled by his two choices. His word salad is sounding very Palinesque these days.

    14
  15. Legal practitioners lurking around the beauty shop should pipe up now: convicted felons in Texas do not vote Democratic. Nor do they vote Republican. Nor some other way, because in Texas convicted felons aren’t permitted to vote. Did this guy even darken the door of law school one day??

    15
  16. Polite Kool Marxist says:

Micr, certainly Daffy Cruz, Jr. darkened the door. He darkens every door and room he enters with his dimness. His problem was that he wasn’t listening during law school.

  17. Susan on the Left Coast says:

Ted and his ilk already have their scripts cued up….they’ll be blaming their neighbor’s leftist cat in 10, 9, 8…..

  19. AliceBeth says:

In relation to Texas Expat…what Ted does not seem to know….is really a long list. Felons not being able to vote is the first thing that came to my mind…..what an ignorant man he is.

    19
  20. The sad thing is, the R-Klan base will lap this up and believe it to their core, without factual backup and despite what common sense tells them.

    20
  21. W. C. (Pete) Peterson says:

Ted really needs to start putting some of this stuff back in his ass where he got it from. In order for something like this to be believed, it needs to be at least plausible and, so far, old Ted is missing on a lot of what comes out of his mouth. I guess the most effective rebuttal would be laughter.

There are only two PP clinics that handle baby parts and neither is in Colorado or Colorado Springs. One is in California and one in,I believe, the state of Washington. That is it. Two. Why be so damn uninformed that you murder people totally disconnected from what you want to stop?

Oh that’s right. Saudi( Bush family butt buddies) terrorists highjacked planes and destroyed the WTCs so naturally we attacked Iran, Makes sense now.

    22
  23. Uh, Teddy boy, most violent criminals/convicted felons are independent…and don’t vote…generally because they can’t.

  26. Dan Up North says:

I think we are all missing Ted’s point. I believe that in his language, “violent criminals” is dog whistle code for “dark skinned people.” Remember who his audience is. They will understand his coded racism.

  28. That Other Jean says:

Here’s a pretty good summary of ex-felons’ voting rights.

    http://www.nonprofitvote.org/voting-as-an-ex-offender/

Turns out that voting rights are restored to most ex-felons who have completed their sentences and are no longer on parole or probation. There are only four states where a felon has to petition the state for restored rights: Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, and Virginia.

Doesn’t say anything about only voting for Democrats, though.
