They were perfectly awful.
Awful appears to be the Donald Trump campaign slogan because he exploited them worse than their own parents did.
Jeff Popick, the creator behind the patriotic trio and father of the youngest member in the group, says he plans to sue Trump, alleging his campaign violated several verbal agreements and subsequently stiffed the group of proper monetary compensation.
Yeah, Trump did not pay them.

23If you think the off-spring of Trump are half-way decent the story around here is the upcoming litigation of a resort Trump was going to build. Ivanka also was at the sale of “condo on the ocean” several times and gushed to prospective buyers the deals were so great and the units so luxurious she bought a condo for herself. One lady who plunked down her entire life savings just for a down payment was congratulated by Ivanka as she signed away her life gushing about they were in the same building and now Ivanka knew someone she could borrow sugar from (gag). Naturally the building development didn’t even break ground and all the investors lost everything. They are suing but it will take years because the Trump lawyers are constantly filing more papers. Meanwhile the people who bought into the idea of living out their “golden” years in a condo on the ocean are now just plain broke unable to afford a cardboard box on the streets.
24And now Donny plans to stiff the hotel because of the air conditioning … wait until he checks in to hell!
