  1. How can this goofball tweet when he has both feet stuck in his mouth? I would think he would be hard at work to remove them!

  2. I just love journalism from whatever source that matches 1 or more “rest of the story” comments with a public person’s careless or ignorant pronouncements. This accounting should not be limited to the evil entity currently sitting as POTUS. There are actors, radio and tv talking heads, athletes and politicos at every level, musicians, etc etc that desperately need their hummingbird a$$e$ pulled over their crocodile mouths. STFU. Do your respective jobs well.

  3. That’s right folks. Nothing better for the environment than plenty of lube. It just makes the following activity a smoother, relaxing affair.

Cory has several recent articles about this spill. Nebraska okayed the next Keystone line on a 3-2 vote yesterday. Drumpf changed the rules on which steel has to be used for the new pipeline which means cheaper Indian steel like the stuff leaking in the original Keystone line.

Remember this is not crude oil. This is tarsands crud with a cocktail of toxic chemicals and plenty of heat to make it flow. This stuff is like glue when it spills and is next to impossible to retrieve. Ask Michigan.

And, because it is not crude oil, Trash-Can the owner/operator of the lines does not pay the 4 cents or whatever per gallon cleanup tax.

  6. I know the nitwit rePUKEians denied anything bad would happen…but anyone with a brain bigger than a cockroaches butt knew it would.

Oh, look–210,000 gallons of “no downside.” I’d like to force Donnie out to South Dakota with a toothbrush to clean it all up.

  8. And, of course, those promised jobs will last during the construction, and then all those folks will be out of work again. What a treat!

    8
  9. And it’s not even our oil; it’s Canada’s.

    A total Fustercluck.

  10. So Wonderful!
Even better, all those new cleanup jobs are great! jobs! Fantastic for the economy!
Plus the landowner now has his own petroleum reserve from which he/she may get mineral royalties!!
    What’s not to like?
    Win-Win!!! MAGA!!!!

    e platypus onion,
I read an article that the tRump’s (Jarvanka Kushner et al) had worked out yet another profitable Russian oligarch deal so that the steel for these pipelines would be supplied by a giant Russian steel company (name of Eva..-something). Of course it also has ties to Putin.

Certainly wouldn’t surprise me, Sandridge. When Russian pipe fails it will be liberals fault because they didn’t want it to begin with.

  12. Tilphousia says:

No surprise really. That Canadian company has a long record of spills. And little to no clean up.

    12
  13. I’ve read that the spill is actually more than half a million gallons. Not that an oil company would ever lie about how big their latest spill was. Ever.

(I wish I could remember where i read that, it was reputable.)

    13
  14. Debbo, it was 210 *barrels* not gallons. That could work out to 1M gallons.

    14
  15. Nate Broussard says:

Oh look more jobs, we just did not realize it was to sop up a very dangerous form of crude oil.

    God Help Us Please.
