They Are Lining Up.
Well, another Republican is out.
Arizona Republican Rep. Trent Franks is expected to resign, Roll Call reported Thursday afternoon. An Arizona Republican told the digital political outlet that his resignation is likely tied to unspecified allegations of inappropriate behavior. “There’s been rumors swirling around him for years, at least in 2012,” the Republican source said. “And if this turns out to be true there won’t be that many people who are surprised.” Franks’ office said he will make an announcement on Thursday.
Franks is a pro gun, anti abortion, flat tax, anti gay, goofy talking fool. He was not a fan of President Obama, calling him “an enemy of humanity.” And other stuff —
“Obama’s first act as president of any consequence, in the middle of a financial meltdown, was to send taxpayers’ money overseas to pay for the killing of unborn children in other countries. Now, I got to tell you, if a president will do that, there’s almost nothing that you should be surprised at after that. We shouldn’t be shocked that he does all these other insane things. A president that has lost his way that badly, that has no ability to see the image of God in these little fellow human beings, if he can’t do that right, then he has no place in any station of government and we need to realize that he is an enemy of humanity.”
Oh how the haughty crumble.

5My first thought was a comparison to that Tennessee (?) Talebangelical Rethug Rep who a few years ago campaigned on all those same old hypocritical ‘family values n’ morality’ slogans.
Then after he was elected it came out that his mistress had gotten preggers so Mr. Holyrnthou trash talks, threatens, and suggests that she have an abortion. I think that he’s an MD too, and still in office… perhaps somebody here remembers his name and more detail?

Sandridge, Tim Murphy. Nope, that’s not right – he’s from Pennsylvania. Scott DesJarlais is from Tenn. It is so difficult to keep these hypocrites straight. Murphy tried to get his mistress to get an abortion, too, even though, I do declare, he is anti-choice.

Dr. Scott DesJarlais is the SOB, TN-4 (Rake).
He has a particularly sordid history, even for a nasty Rethug.
With wife #1 at home, Dr. Des was nailing his co-workers, patients, drug co. reps, and anything else with a skirt in proximity, even smoking maryjuana with them. Also had his wife (and probably mistresses) obtain multiple abortions, then got a messy divorce.
But running for office as a typical ‘Repig-family values’ guy, he said them magic fundy words and woofa, all gone: “God has ‘forgiven me’ and asked ‘fellow Christians’ and constituents ‘to consider doing the same’.”[30]”.
Doc Scotty now holds many Rethug House committee positions and has a bunch of lout clout in OUR nation’s affairs.

12Sandridge, that was DesJarlais. I think that is the spelling. Yes, last time I looked he was still there and still had the same amount of “friends” as ever. He’s stupid, boorish and aw hell psychotic. That last one might be why folks don’t push him much at all to get the hell out. When his offenses were made public he went all holy hell on everybody and everything.

Heck, there’s probably others–just look up the list of AZ representatives that are pukes. And, Senators McCain and Flake have not been covering themselves in glory re the tax scam.
