Anything catching your ears on fire?
Damn you, Ted Cruz, when are you gonna give it up over Hillary’s emails?
I stood and shoved my fist in the air when Sally Yates shut down Ted Cruz. If you were watching closely, Amy Klobuchar was leaning forward, looked around to Cruz and smiled as if to say, “she just spanked you.”

1The republicans are making fools of them selves. Do they know this is about Mike Flynn?
2Ms. Yates made dog meat out of Sens. Cornyn and Cruz. Wow!
3The doorbell rang and I missed her shutting down Cruz.
4Cruz was simply awful – he didn’t ask anything about Russia, the election, or Flynn. He was trying to get Yates to agree that email activity by Clinton’s team was illegal! Yates handled him very well 🙂
5J J, the Cruz put down was a joy to behold. As a slippery misfit he couldn’t slitter away .
6is it just me or does Grassley sound feeble? is it just because the hearing ran through his afternoon nap?

8Ms. Yates handed Cruz his butt on a plate. Normally, I would find his butt disgusting, but today? Entertaining.
She would make a good Senator, or VP. Maybe even Prez…
She was like the “Anti-Trump!” Smart, dignified, and prepared.
9The twitterverse is tearing Oozy Croozy to shreds over this. And Kennedy from LA? Oh the stoopid runs very deep in him. Croozy and Chinless Wonder McTurtle made a run for it after Croozy’s thrashing, completely left the building.
There is high praise for my Senators, AL Franken and Amy Klobuchar, but especially Al. I’m thinking a Franken/Yates presidential ticket. Or Yates/Franken, either way.
10ROFL! The dimwits learned nothing from the evisceration Cecile Richards delivered to that slimy little punter from Bang ’em Young, Chaffetz. Boys, grab a clue and stop messing with the adults in the room, women.
😀 Ms. Yates, Esq. was “only” able to reply about the unclassified. What I would give to hear what she does to the old boys in a future closed door hearing.

In case you missed the Senate judiciary subcommittee hearing today, this exchange between Lt Gen Jim Clapper and an empty suit snacilbupeR Senator from Louisiana, oddly enough named Kennedy, is pure gold. Clearly brains eluded the Kennedy klan in Louisiana …
14Kennedy: “General Clapper, have you ever leaked information – classified or unclassified – to the press?”
“Not wittingly or knowingly, as I said in my statement,” Clapper replied.
“Classified or unclassified?” Kennedy pressed.
“Well, unclassified is not leaking,” Clapper explained.
Following Kennedy’s flub-up, the room broke into laughter.
Micr, I served with a Gen. Kennedy. Let it be said he was no Boston Kennedy either. Like the cherished Lloyd Bentsen’s snap to Dan Quayle’s snout – “Senator, you’re no Jack Kennedy”

Oh man I hope and don’t think this is the same Kennedy. During his time with Clapper and Yates, John NEELY Kennedy sniveled questions at 700 snivels per minute and his Wikipedia autobiography makes no mention of any sort of AF, ANG, etc etc service.

17Fun as it is to watch televised castration of rethuglican senators, their tackle is soooo tiny it’s hard to find without a close up. When will the rethug senators and congress varments learn that smart women will make jack ass fool out of them every time.

19I loved the “WTF” looks that Cruz’ colleagues gave him. Sadly, I expect he will just go home and reload his snivel gun and come back freshly armed for more diversionary tactics.
20Did Cruz realize or was he so wrapped in his own smugness he did not know? He has that in common with Trump.
