Oh Sarah, How We’ve Miss You

October 27, 2015 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Sarah Palin has taken to writing her own fundraising letters.  Check this one out. (Click the little one to get the big one.)

Commas are still a mystery to her.  As are apostrophes.  And syntax.

You know, I can hardly be one to complain about typos and misspellings. That’s why I have an editor for my paying jobs.

Interesting to note:  95% of the money that she raises through SarahPAC goes to operating her PAC (Sarah’s personal speechwriters, travel, and lawyers) and only 3% goes to helping other Republicans get elected.

  1. Keep right on believing that Hillary is out of step with ordinary Americans and can’t be elected President.

Keep right on believing it, Republicans. I mean, it worked so well for Romney against Obama.

Believe it right on through November 2016.

    1
  2. Sounds like she’s taking money under false pretenses, but that’s hardly unusual. After a couple of weeks, she’ll probably quit. As my husband says, “Always do what you’re best at.”

    2
  3. Sparklemoose is still grifting.

    3
  4. Polite Kool Marxist says:

That erudite constitutional scholar, $arah, has her own short list of amendments:

    1st= Xtian churches only
    2nd= moar guns

and for a mere $100 and SASE, she’ll send you an autographed copy.

    4
  5. Kenneth Fair says:

Yeah, and it’s one heckuva grift. Since 2008, SarahPAC has raised almost $14 million and spent $13.4 million. Of that $13.4 million, only $1 million (7.8%) has gone to fund candidates. A whopping $12.3 million (91.4%) has gone to operating expenditures, with the remaining $114,000 for refunds and other disbursements.

You’d figure for that level of grift, they could get someone who knows basic English grammar to write the fundraising emails.

    5
  6. Hmmm, the Farce is strong with this one.

    6
  7. I for one am glad that the money is mostly all being spent of enriching $arah. That means less money spent on actual candidate expenditures that could help win elections. Well done, Ms. Palin.

On a side note, I keep kicking myself for not setting up the MarkPAC and getting in on the lucrative fun? I could spew right-wing nonsense all day. I’m sure it would pay better than my current gig.

    7
  8. BTW, what is a “future criminal”? Sarah has been watching Tom Cruise’s Minority Report.

    8
  9. I can’t see Mama Grizzly from my front porch, thankfully.

I can barely read Mama Grizzly from this porch. But it’s nice to see she spells Grizzly two different ways, Because here in America, we have freedom of choice.

    Now let’s shoot both Grizzley’s.

    9
  10. Kenneth, as I have said before greedy people are too cheap to hire anyone who can help them do something right, even grifting.

    10
  11. Rick, I’ve always thought of Palin as Mama Grisly (“causing horror or disgust”).

    11
  12. StringOnAStick says:

It’s not just Caribou Barbie running this grift, they all are. I saw an article about the various Tea P PAC’s; in all cases less than 10% of the money raised was going to the actual cause, the rest all went to paying salaries, consultants, “expenses”, etc. The good news is that all the money they are grifting from the rubes is going into their pockets, not their politics.

    12
  13. And don’t even get her started on how that evil Muslim, Marxist, Kenyan, spineless dictator Obummer snatched her presidency right out from under her.

    Please. Don’t.

    13
  14. Sure. Joe Biden decided not to run because he was “scared off.” Pay no attention to the fact that his son recently died and he’s still grieving and didn’t feel he had the heart for campaigning. Sarah Palin, Patron Saint of the Clueless.

    14
  15. JAKvirginia says:

Why, oh why did I break my own rule and read that tripe up above? Sarah wrote this? Please! This is a copy and paste job from every RWNJ site for, like, forever! You can read this fear-mongering crap anywhere.

    15
  16. Marge Wood says:

Shoot. I thought WE were gonna get our own pet mama grizzly.

    16
  17. Grizzley. Grizzly. Can’t grifters use spell check? It’s free.

    17
  18. Rhea’s “grisly” should be the adopted spelling of the salon.
That’s the way she affects me. Sends a shiver down my spine when I hear her voice or read her spew. Palin is grisly all right.

    18
  19. two crows says:

Oh shoot, Cheryl! I came on to make that exact point! It’s a good thing I read the comments before leaving my own. “Future criminal,” indeed. I guess she wants us to add “psychic” to the list of her “many talents.” Like funneling money from an ostensible campaign contributor into funds devoted solely to keeping herself before the media.

How this person is allowed to wander the streets without adult supervision is still a mystery.

    19
  20. Well, I say good if the money isn’t being used to help elect Republicans. People who donate to her will perhaps not donate to someone who would actually use the money for its intended purpose. Still, hard to believe she can still rake in millions.

    20
  21. Sam in San Antonio says:

Certainly has the grizzly part right.

    21
  22. Polite Kool Marxist says:

It’s my fervent wish that we could move on to the “missing” part with a whole passel of beyond their expiration date politicians. $arah, DeLay, Gingrich and Gohmert would be a good start.

    22
  23. God, my 12 year-old writes better than that. Whatever she spent on colleges was pretty much wasted.

    23
  24. “Whatever she spent on colleges was pretty much wasted.”

She did give it the old college try:

University of Hawaii at Hilo (quit due to rain – I kid you not)
    Hawaii Pacific University
    North Idaho College
    University of Idaho
    Matanuska-Susitna College
    University of Idaho (again)

    24
  25. @jj

Actually, we can’t truly miss Psycho Barbie, as she refuses to go away. But, one can hope that some fine day, she will.

    25
  26. WA Skeptic says:

She spends more money on postage than anyone I know; I can’t believe that the USPS is having funding problems when she spends that much.

Boy, did we (the USA) dodge a bullet when Obama won.

    26
  27. slipstream says:

I started a Super PAC: “Mexicans for Trump.”

But I’m not getting many contributions. I wonder what’s wrong?

    27
  28. e platypus onion says:

What,no Don Young w”Wetbacks for Trump”?

    28
  29. Sarah who?

    29
  30. University of Idaho, hide your face and weep.

    30
  31. Zyxomma, my fellow mudpuppy, we can only hope that Caribou Barbie discovers that her “sell by” date has expired after this election and that her fall back position in Arizona disappears with John McCain’s defeat in November 2016.

    31
  32. Palin The Vapid needs less limelight.

    32
  33. okie-dokie says:

I saw that book at the Dollar Tree yesterday afternoon.

    33
  34. So calling donors is what Mama grizzly and daughters do for a living. When they target men they really find those retirees and one entry even noted when the guy retired! There are many who give $100 every month. Just WOW
