Mnuchin: Dark Money in Politics? No Problem.
Steve Mnuchin’s Treasury Department announced on Monday that political advocacy groups like the NRA no longer need to report the sources of their money to the IRS. This policy undoes a decades old regulation that shined a light on political non-profits and the source of their money. Mnuchin said,
“Americans shouldn’t be required to send the IRS information that it doesn’t need to effectively enforce our tax laws, and the IRS simply does not need tax returns with donor names and addresses to do its job in this area.”
There is a place for anger, and THIS is it.
Wow, that is ‘responsiveness’ in spades.

Hell, (scuse’ me, Momma) congress,the senate and the cabinet are all likely hiding Russian rubles along with Rump.
But ordinary-Main Street- Americans (the 99%) are fined and imprisoned if they attempt to hide foreign money.

6Now this is what you get when you are the NRA and took a “visiting” Russian bigwig around to all the polling places you could find and even behind the scenes to show the Russky what democracy and freedom looks like. Folks, I got stuck taking Latin in High School, Spanish in college and as a kid in Canada learning what I needed in French. I am plumb full of languages. I do not want to of necessity learn damn Russian!!!!

Right NOW, when even FOX is excoriating Trump for his treasonous behavior in Helsinki and his walk-back that wasn’t, Mnuchin puts this statement out into the public domain for all to see.
The Trump admin simply cannot help itself.
