I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.

There were Dreamers working as first responders in Texas when Harvey hit. At least one of them was on an EMT team. Ever since they got a chance to show their good stuff, they have done just that. Of course, thats not enough for Trump or the racists like Cotton in the Senate. Six months to codify DACA into law? Are they kidding? There are three months left to this year so that means the first 3 months of 2018 are needed. But 2018 will see legislators not legislating but out on the hustings trying to get re-elected. And Trump will just sit back when DACA finally does go belly up and blame someone else.
