Whaaaaat?

August 07, 2022 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Okay, so here’s the deal.  Roger Stone is royally scared about what text messages are on the phone that Alex Jones’ lawyer dumped on my son Mark.

The ongoing Stone meltdown follows the notorious self-described dirty trickster calling Sandy Hook family lawyer Mark Bankston a “watermelon head” a day prior.

Watermelon head. Damn, I did not have that on my bingo card.  Poopie face, yes. Thou knotty pated fool, yes. Gutless radical left whack job, yes. Watermelon head, never in a million years.

Through the miracle of modern journalism I’ve known since today that a watermelon head is …

… somebody who melonhead (plural melonheads) (US) One of a group of legendary beings, known in parts of Michigan, Ohio, and Connecticut, and generally described as small humanoids with bulbous heads who occasionally emerge from hiding-places to attack people.

With the exception of being small (he’s six foot, around 200 lbs), that pretty much describes him dead solid perfect.  And of course I wouldn’t have known any of this because it happened in some foreign states.

I do not know what’s on the phone. My son will not tell me because he does not want to make bond for me.

So anyway, if Roger Stone ever challenges you to an insult contest, you take that bet.

Here’s some pictures you may enjoy.

These people were in front of the Travis County courthouse ever day. This guy’s sign said, “The only thing that died at Sandy Hook was The Truth!”  That’s Bill and Kyle after the verdict.

And here from the left is T.J. (Neil and Scarlet’s surviving son) Wes, Bill, Mark, Neil, Scarlett, and Kyle.

And if you want to understand what “caps” mean in Texas, here’s Mark explaining it.

  1. Mark is such a good lawyer he knows not to spill the beans to his Mama because his Mama didn’t raise no fool.

    1
  2. Roger Stone making a comment about anyone else’s head is laughable. His head is flat in back and comes to a point at the top like Zippy the Pinhead. It’s like his momma forgot to turn him over when he was a baby. No wonder he likes to wear hats.

Bravo to Mark and his team for nailing this jerk.

  3. Opinionated Hussy says:

It warms my heart to see T.J. And the guy holding the sign out front is a… well, I’m sorry, but this is a family website. Speaking of which – Mama B, you raised a couple of dang fine sons.

    3
  4. Pick a fight with someone who has brains, and the best Roger Stone can muster is calling names, at a 4th grade level?

I suppose in Texas they’d call that bringing a butter knife to a gun fight.

  5. Steve from Beaverton says:

Roger Stone has never said anything good about good people doing good things. Mark should wear his being called out by little Stones as a badge of honor. Stone should be worried, very worried along with others on Alex Jones’ phone records. Trumpf?

    5
  6. Mark gets more impressive every time I hear from him.

Glad to see young TJ growing up. Wish his brother had had the same chance.

  7. Rastybob says:

I have to admit it,There are very few things I enjoyed as much as the look on Jones face when he had his lying ass handed to him.. Now he should be facing contempt of court and jury tampering..And then the other case’s..

  8. daChipster says:

For too many in this country, their relationship with justice is an abusive one: it provides some protections, but is like as not gonna hurt or kill you. This is much less likely to be the case if you’re rich, because then your relationship with justice is employer-employee, because the only time justice truly works is for the monied class who can hire it. That’s why a guy like Jones is so shocked – SHOCKED! – when it doesn’t go his way, in large part because he treated this trial as if it would

    …because it’s supposed to.

Glad to see such an important case go so disastrously wrong for such a cock-sure money-grubbing bastard. I hope the backhand he just got from this and the evidence gathered is the first in a chain of dominoes that leads via Stone to yet another RICO predicate for the Trump Crime Family.

  9. I am so proud of Mark, even though I only know of him through this website. You raised good humans JJ.

  10. RepubAnon says:

It’ll be interesting to see whether the DOJ issues a subpoena for the Alex Jones hard drive – one hopes it contains all the evidence needed to LOCK-THEM-UP!

  11. Grandma Ada says:

I think for so many years, we have heard about bad things happening and the perp gets away, or journalists never let us know if justice was served. I have watched this proceeding via several news outlets and even though this is many years after the parents’ began this journey we are finally seeing justice. Tell your son to keep up the good work, and scare Roger Stone so much he tinkles in his pants a bit!

    11
  12. Harry Eagar says:

So, I have a silly question. Why would anyone buy diet pills from Alex Jones?

    12
  13. You raised your son well. I doubt he has anything to worry about from the GOP’s favorite conehead.

    13
  14. Merrigay says:

I was so glad to hear that the cap was per charge per person. To be mom to a son who is helping take down someone like Jones has to be exhilarating!

    14
  15. Will Mark’s sanction proceedings against Reynal be livestream? If not, when the time comes can you provide a link as to where the info can be found? This will just be icing on the cake.

I’m just tickled that AJ and Stone are experiencing ‘Reynal’ failure. May it drag on for many years and be ever so painful.

  16. Juanita Jean Herownself says:

Sharon – it’s anybody’s guess but if it is, I’ll give everyone a heads up.

    16
  17. slipstream says:

Seems to me that the guy holding the sign is volunteering to be the next to be sued.

    17
  18. Skepticat says:

Yah, team! It’s so encouraging finally to see some consequences for hideous behavior. Congratulations to this talented group, which gives lawyers a good name. (What is it with Rethuglicans and childish nicknames?) Thanks too for an insider’s view (but to only an ethical point) of the trial.

    18
  19. The Surly Professor says:

Harry Eagar@12: since no one is answering your question …

The same people who take religous advice from multimillionaire preachers. The same people who think a draft dodging liar is the exemplar of military virtue. The same people who think they should vote for insurrectionists that try to overthrow the results of that voting.

… you know, the salt of the earth. The common people. Morons.

  20. maryelle says:

For he’s a jolly good fellow!!!
Mark is a sure enough hero and will even do more to shine the light on Stone and Trump.
I have to think that those 26 little angels were hovering around Mark and the parents to help ensure justice…and then some.

    20
  21. Marcia in CO says:

Haven’t been on here in a long time, but had to let you know I saw your boy on the TV machine! LOL I think he did real good … made his Mama proud!!
Hotter then Hades in S. CO.

    21
  22. Steve from Beaverton says:

And in other news, the FBI is executing a search warrant at mar a la la go. They’re cummin after you trumpf.

    22
  23. Steve from Beaverton @ 21,

Finally. Karma is finally catching up with him. I hope they take his passport. I think I’ll need some popcorn.

    23
  24. Steve from Beaverton says:

Yup. The law and order presidente that could murder someone on 5th Avenue and nothing would happen. The one who admitted on tape of sexual assault and then got elected. The one that colluded with Russia. The one that committed treason before and during Jan 6, 2020. Ya, that one. I hope this raid means something.
I hate to do this in the space where we’re celebrating a great attorney and American. Doesn’t take anything away from what happened last week.

    24
  25. I understand Tucker Carlson has been sweating bullets. I’d not be surprised to find messages between him and Jones on the phone records. Also, I’m wondering what Mark B. found on the phone records might have precipitated the raid on Mar A Lago.

    25
  26. … I went home with the waitress, the way I always do
How was I to know, she was with the Russians, too?

    … I’m the innocent bystander
Somehow I got stuck between the rock and a hard place
And I’m down on my luck, yes I’m down on my luck
Well, I’m down on my luck

    … And I’m hiding in (Mar-a-lago)
    I’m a desperate man
    Send lawyers, guns, and money
The shit has hit the fan

    – Warren Zevon

    26
  27. Yup, The FBI was juuussst about to shut down the roto-rooter arm of their forensics division, and then here comes f**king trump and the old school boys are right back in the saddle.

    27
  28. slipstream says:

I hope all the FBI agents who searched Mar-a-Lago were wearing hazmat suits.

    28
  29. The FBI doesn’t just raid a building or residence for general physical evidence. They are looking for something specific. The only way they would know is if someone tipped them off. Which leads one to wonder who is the informant.

    29
  30. I love this!!!!!!!! I see a Katie Porter level of getting to the heart of things. Every time I see the clip of the Hero putting the questions to the fool…I laugh and giggle and watch again!! Oh thank you.

    30
  31. The Surly Professor says:

Popehat (https://mobile.twitter.com/Popehat/status/1556777965937037312) points out that the search warrant for Marde-de-Lardo likely requires some recent evidence that indicates what is sought is present at the location right now.

So … maybe someon has flipped on T****. Or maybe some new evidence coming from a court case in Texas has provided the information. If the latter, we all owe a certain lawyer associated with this site a long, tall, cool drink.
