Troy Boy

We here in Fort Bend County elected the sheriff to go to congress, making our newest congressvarmint a dumb guy but this time it’s a dumb guy with a gun.

Troy Nehls, with his mail order degree from the prestigious Liberty University of fallen Jerry Falwell fame, is a Trump Republican. Yes ma’am, he does have some goofy looking hair and he’s so short that you can see his feet on his driver’s license photo.

Well, you send a dumb guy to DeeCee and he generally doesn’t stand out much.  But, this guy has distinguished himself as “not a mathematician” and “poorly defined ethical limits.”

He hasn’t been there long enough to hatch an egg but he’s already in trouble with the FEC.  Among his reporting problems.

Illegal and excessive contributions and failure to report major contributions

Embezzlement of campaign funds

Inability to do arithmetic

Inability to read previous report

Failure to report conduit contributions correctly

Okay, so that’s a pretty long list.

Here’s the person suspected of embezzlement or at best he ‘accidentally’ used campaign funds for personal expenses.

There is no Daniel living at that address but seriously, how drunk do you have to be to make illegal charges on the campaign account of a guy who’s sheriff?  I’m saying so drunk that you have to hold onto the grass to keep from falling.

Be social and share!

But … he’s wearing LOTS of stars on his epaulets, so that must mean he got rave reviews.

In “short” ol’ Troy Boi will blend in nicely with his Quack-a-Non compatriots in the House.

Poor Louie, he’s the lowest scoring grifter of them all despite his best efforts to dial for the rubes’ dollars. Sad.

Looks like Ryan Furman at the FEC has some job security now that Nehls is in office!

  4. oh puhleeze! Daniel Gribble, really? isn’t he a character from the animated series, King of the Hill? oh, wait, that’s Dale Gribble! Daniel must be his younger, dumber brother. that explains why he doesn’t exist, at that address, he doesn’t actually know where he is.

what’s with the bozo in that picture, and all the stars on his shoulders? does he think he’s a dictator, in some third world banana republic? jeez dude, you’re a podunk sheriff, in some podunk town, just accept your nothingness.

the only distinguishing feature of Liberty Baptis Colleg, in the early 70’s, is that it was one of only two schools in VA to have an indoor track, the other being VMI. of the two, VMI’s was much safer, for those of us who ran/pole vaulted in meets. LBC’s was in a converted old barn (one of only two buildings on the “campus” at the time), and it’s not like they spent a lot of money sprucing it up. the place was also an academic joke then, and remains so to this day.

I guess louie gee wiz will have to up his dumbass game now.
Question is, will tiny nehls with his big gun do more damage in dee cee or as a sherf. I’m guessing there was just a little bit of corruption in the ft. bend sherf’s office when he was there.

  8. I wonder if the inability Republicans have when counting money that’s not theirs is in any way connected with their unwillingness to count votes that aren’t theirs?

  9. Jill Ann says:

Cpinva @4, I am in no way a fan of Troy Nehls. I proudly did NOT ever vote for him or his identical twin Trever, in any election. He was not a good sheriff, unsurprisingly, but I have to point out that he was not the sheriff of a podunk town, he was sheriff of a large, diverse, suburban Houston county, population 800,000+

    @ Jill Ann, #9
Apologies, and sympathy, to the 800,000 people in Sheriff Nehis’s jurisdiction. I admit, I was thinking “podunk,” too. If he wasn’t a good sheriff, it doesn’t look as though he got any better when he showed up in DC. Fortunately, he may not last long–although Loopy Louie is still in office, so who knows?

  11. Up here in Indiana, debut candidate Pious Pence did the same thing as soon as he got his hands on some campaign money. Since he’s a Christian first, it’s probably ethical.

  12. Steve from Beaverton says:

John, I’m no longer a religious person (for the last 55 + years). I have to say that the term “christian” conjures up some different thoughts these days, especially for those right wing ethical fakes. Pence is a good example. Many years ago, I would have thought of a caring and moral person. To see these “Christians” hovering over Trumpf with their hands on his head declaring him god’s chosen one tells you everything you need to know about today’s right wing “Christians.” Totally fake and self serving. I realize you were being facetious.

Why do Sherfs have to wear stars as if they are in the military?
Smaller the male organ, the more stars they wear?

    I haven’t laughed that hard in a while – thank you 😉
