11Jace@4: me too. I was only 40 miles away when JFK was killed. The next day in the paper when I read that an SS agent had shoved LBJ to the floor board and sat on him, my father pointed out that it took real courage to block bullets for someone else. Especially since it was unlikely anyone in the SS liked Johnson.
Over the years the SS has chipped away at that high point of my respect, and now I am not surprised to hear they’ve been scrambling to cover up their actions on 6 Jan. And trying to cheat a South American prostitute out of her pay is by no means the low point.
12Not sure how private jet travel works as far as needing a passport but thinking taking TFFG’s passport wouldn’t stop him from landing in the country of one of his favorite dictator friends.
13Steve @13, lock him up as a flight risk. Only flying TFG should be doing would be to court appearances between the multiple jurisdictions. Although an open boxcar on a train and trussed up like the fabled Hannibal Lector would be just fine, too.
Ms. JJ, we cannot thank you enough for the many years you have provided the Friday Toons! We gave up cable news years ago. Between the late-night monologues and your great cartoonists, we are better informed, saving money and valuable time. Time is precious. Our two boys are growing fast. Currently their Netflix interest is Pup Academy. That time watching with them is too valuable to miss a minute.
