Excellent Health? “God No”
Outside doctors have reviewed Trump’s test results from his physical last week, and some have concluded that he has heart disease and is at risk for heart attack or stroke. From the horse’s mouth, Dr. Eric Topol, a cardiologist at the Scripps Research Institute on Trumps LDL cholesterol of 143:
“That’s a really high LDL,” Dr. Topol said. “We’re talking about a 70-plus-year-old man who is obese and doesn’t exercise. Just looking at the lab value, you would raise a big red flag. I would never use the words ‘excellent health.’ How you could take these indices and say excellent health? That is completely contraindicated.”
Dr. David Maron, the director of preventive cardiology at Stanford University’s medical school, was asked if Trump was indeed in “excellent health”. His answer? “God, no.”
Trump is well known for eating like a 14 year old and drinking a dozen Diet Cokes a day. He boasts about not drinking alcohol, but that hasn’t lowered his risk for heart attack in the slightest; in fact, he’s grossly overweight eating crap on a daily basis. Talking about his obesity, Topol said,
“Here the issue is, does he have abdominal obesity? I don’t care what his height is. All you have to do is look at his abdomen. Abdominal obesity, that’s the machinery for inflammation for the heart.”
Sanja Gupta of CNN went further saying that the calcium in his blood indicates heart disease. The Twittersphere erupted on that news. Other doctors, though, dismiss Gupta’s claim as being overstated. Apparently the cholesterol level is more indicative of the potential heart problem.
The scary part of this whole thing? No, not his health; we all know he’s a heart attack looking for a place to happen. It’s that a Navy doctor practicing at Walter Reed Medical Center and the White House physician has misrepresented the health report of the President of the United States, then gone on national television and talked about his “excellent health”, which anyone with functioning eyes in their head knows is false. He ought to lose his medical license and be drummed out of the Navy.
Maybe if we tell him that his weight correlates to his IQ, he will admit bigly that he weighs more than 239 pounds.
1Perhaps excellent health overstates Trump’s general well being. Maybe we should say he possesses genius health instead? A level of health so high, it can outsmart heart disease and obesity?
2Well, they’re not the first Presidential physicians to lie up a storm about the President’s health. Cancer, stroke, Addison’s disease (or whatever JFK had), not to mention Reagan’s dementia and a few other gems.
3Between being a Navy officer with what are apparently direct orders from the Commander in Chief and HIPAA regulations concerning the release of medical information, the guy probably felt a bit squoze.
Nevertheless, his report certainly won’t stop the Girthers.
4I hope he (45) gets just sick enough to realize the job is killing him, before he ends up killing us…
5We’re cheering for Donnie’s girth which is a faster plan to remove him from office than Congress. It’s 50-50 between his girth and Bob Mueller’s team which will get him first. Would it be unkind to suggest as Donnie lays on a gurney struggling for breath that Mr. Mueller choose that opportune time to read Donnie his rights?
C’mon Donnie. You have a lot to show us: your tax returns, Messy’s immigration papers, your college transcripts and now a notarized copy of your girth certificate.
6WaPo gathered a few cartoons regarding President Shithole’s “excellent health.”

7Thanks, Debbo.
8I wish Trump a long life.
In prison. A state prison. Like something from Cool Hand Luke or The Shawshank.
9Methinks a certain Navy doctor wants a promotion so he can retire with a bigger pension. As for traitor trump, the “official report” is a joke. He’s obese, eats junk food and swills diet soda never exercises. Add the stress of being president and he’s toast. Traitor trump has never had anyone tell him “no”. And daily tantrums at his age and advanced girth are deadly. So considering that all his defense mechanisms are in full volume and the other indicators, I give him six months before a coronary or stroke. Keep up the pressure. And as for pence, he will be embarrassed to death before long by trump or trying to ‘splain what he really meant.
10Tilphousia, everything you wrote is 100% accurate. Except “Add the stress of being president” … Donnie is a no brain, no pain guy all the way. Even pretending to be pResident won’t ruin his health, while it will probably deduct years from the lives of those around him. On the other hand, you are also correct on his occupancy of the Offal Orifice costing him a few health points, when the sycophants surrounding him approach anything nearing the “no” word or fail to fluff his ego. But that was also part of his ‘normal’ business life and probably hasn’t changed much.
11I wasn’t particularly surprised that the Doc lied about Trump’s “excellent” health (see mollusk at #4 above). What surprised me more than somewhat is that a doctor can predict that the obese pretender will continue to be in excellent health for the remainder of his term. Guess that saves him from having to do anymore physicals — I don’t envy him having to see what he must have seen.
12That Navy doc must be having nightmares. One can’t “unsee”. Don’t even want to imagine traitor trump sans clothing. That equates to a grade F horror movie. But isn’t that what the last year has been? One of the sadest results from trump’s mishandling of everything is the loss of respect of the entire World.
13However, as trump never listens to anyone but himself, he won’t take any advice about how to avoid a coronary.
That press conference had as much credibility as raygun’s hair color.
14God doesn’t want him and the devil won’t have him………
