There should be a picture of Donald Trump there.  Am I right?

The Kool Kidz inform me that irony is dead, that you can’t make this stuff up, and the Short-Fingered Vulgarian will be in spittin’ distance of the Oval Office from his lair at the Old Post Office down the road on 1100 Penn Ave, where he will enter his dotage, lurking and conspiring.
‘Til TrumpTeeVee usurps the 68-year-old white male viewership & rehabilitates the Ailes-era castoffs, I remain your faithful long-distance Ozarkian admirer…

  2. What I find amazing is the thrice married, adulterous Trump thinks that bringing up Bill Clinton’s affairs is going to help him. Bill has been pretty much on the straight and narrow since he left the White House, while Trump continues to divide all women into “target” or “ugly”. Hillary can point to a 41 year marriage and say “Bill and I have had tough times, but our love and our commitment to the institution of marriage allowed us to overcome the problems and preserve our family.”

  4. I think he did not enjoy being a human sacrifice. Hence all the stupid stuff coming out of his mouth post-debate. Well, hell, Donnie boy! Karma finally got around to paying you a visit!

  5. Well he said in Florida last night – good article in The Guardian – that he was ‘holding back’ because he didn’t want to embarrass ‘her’. Yep. Also continued his rant on the media and that he totally opposed the Iraq war. His believers won’t stop admiring him and last night were calling for Hillary to be in jail, etc. Oh, and stop and frisk is totally constitutional and Lester Holt doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

  6. He didn’t want to “embarass” her by bringing up Bill Clinton’s behavior. Like hell. Somebody shook him hard and told him he was extremely vulnerable on that front, so he didn’t say it outright in the debate. He just intimated and tried to pretend he was gallant. What a scumbag!

  8. I remember someone showing a Trump interview from decades past where he said he could never run for president because as bad as they were attacking Bill, his record was so much worse with women/marriages and cheating.

So I always wonder what he thinks he will accomplish–I think he believes that such will get under Hillary’s skin. Honestly, I think she put a public “got over it” on that issue a long time ago. The problem is that it is hard not to want to retaliate in kind, when she really has to go high on it. Though pivoting it to be a demeaning women item would also work.

Actually, after hearing the comment on “She deserved it” about Rosie, I think Donald probably very much believes that he’s in the right when blaming Bill’s infidelity on Hillary or that other BS on how Hillary abused these women. The “she/they deserved it” is a mind-set common amid abusers. He is such a delusional bully about what is real “strength” or how America judges it.

  9. Apparently his advisers are telling him that next time he should attack Hillary more.

He is going to end up an orange grease spot on the stage.

  10. Apophasis! That’s the term I’ve been looking for! Thanks, JJ.

Oh, I’m sure Donnie thinks all his wives “deserved it” when he couldn’t keep his fly zipped. But I want to see him bring up the topic, just to watch Hillary blast him. And the Clinton Foundation versus his personal money pit of a “foundation”– both wonderful targets for the next debate!

  11. I must disagree with the human sacrifice. My understanding is that when he was thrown into a volcano, the God of the volcano threw him back. Hmmm. Maybe a hill of fire ants …..

  12. Scumpf thinks that male infidelity is the woman’s fault because she got old, put on weight, was unsatisfactory sexually, etc. Besides, super alpha males such as himself and Bill Clinton (according to Scumpf) shouldn’t be expected to “settle” for just one woman.

Scumpf’s Roy Cohen playbook is to “hit back harder” than he was hit. I think he feels he’s been unfairly treated and at the next debate he’s going to behave in such a way that, in retrospect, he’ll have looked positively statesman like in the first one. That will finish him with everyone but his most mentally challenged/disturbed base.

That’s my theory. How do you like It?
