You Can Always Count On Franklin Graham For A New Take On Things

September 20, 2018 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

So, Franklin Graham, storyteller to the Steeple People, says that this crapola about Kavanaugh is totally “not relevant.”

Graham then noted that Kavanaugh has denied the accusation. “He just flat out says that’s not true. Regardless if it was true, these are two teenagers and she said no and he respected that so I don’t know what the issue is.”

So, there you have it.

It is unknown if Graham will be testifying to God’s version of this story at the committee hearing.

  1. Sure hope his church is paying federal taxes because they sure are political!

    1
  2. If they can put trumpkin in place they can do anyone. And the evilagelicals As long as they will hate women enough to make sure they suffer when doing sex, they will happily support a psychotic serial killer!

    2
  3. Hey, its Franklin, not Billie! No surprises here.

  4. As I see it, the fact that Kavanaugh is lying about what happened and is refusing to take responsibility for it is every bit as serious as the allegations. At least two other witnesses have come forward, saying that the story of what happened was the major topic of conversation in the school for days afterward, and that means that it wasn’t just the three people involved that knew what happened. And yet Kavanaugh has the cojones to continue to deny it – and that yes, everyone knew it was Kavanaugh.

If he were willing to acknowledge what happened and apologize for it, and then humbly ask Dr. Ford’s forgiveness, I’d be willing to reconsider. But the fact that he stubbornly denies what happened, even though the allegations are credible and as good as proven (Ford’s therapist says she talked about it at least twice; she named him by name, and that fact was recorded in his session notes on two occasions), tells me that the man has a problem with arrogance, self entitlement and an unwillingness to acknowledge and take responsibility for his mistakes – and any one of those would be a disqualifier. But all three means that he’s simply outright unfit to sit on any court, much less the Supreme Court of the United States.

And it is amazing to me that the same conservatives who insist that Trayvon Martin got what he deserved for Walking While Black, and now are demanding that Kavanaugh be given a pass for attempted rape – a felony – shows just how much a double standard they are willing to tolerate. based solely on race and ideology. What a bunch of moral hypocrites!

  5. Charles R Phillips says:

Franklin Graham is going to hell, no doubt about it.

  6. Correct me if I am wrong but read this morning that heller (thug Nevada) called the case of kavanough’s assault a “hiccup” and affirmed his beleif that he will get confirmed.
Now my, limited, knowledge of Nevada is that it has a disproportionate number of women in the hospitality/ hotel industry.
I have read that these women because of the realtively low pay are exposed to this sort of sexual assualt at disproportionate levels. So my question is…

Wouldn’t they take umbrage at this comment?

Or have they internalized the abuse like African Americans who defend the treason of the 1860’s or Hispanics voting for thuglicans/ and thuglicrats.

  7. Scott Bidstrup, I would like to subscribe to your newsletter.

  8. “she said no and he respected that”

    He respected that?!

What in her account could possibly be interpreted as him “respecting” her?

    Roast in hell, Franklin.

    8
  9. He respected her saying No?

By turning up the radio and putting his hand over her mouth, so no one would hear her??

Up to that point in the narrative, it could maybe charitably be attributed to youthful hormones, and a clumsy attempt at seduction. But when he pinned her down, started trying to take off her bathing suit, and COVERED HER MOUTH – we’ve got assault, IMO.

Ole Franklin must be speaking in tongues, because what he’s sayin’ makes no sense howsomever.

  10. One person is open to a full FBI investigation, while the equivocating, prevaricating, lying unsuccessful rapist and judicial failure, not so much. The only matter slowing down the snacilbupeR from full throttle disrespecting Dr. Blasey Ford are their worries about their own political futures. As these things go even the snacilbupeR are not so utterly tone deaf that they’re not worried about when the next shoe drops regarding sneaky, snaky, shady and general waste of skin Koat Hangar Kavanaugh. Bart O’Kavanaugh apparently is not worried about lying to the Senate, whereas even his thick skulled has a basic clue about what lying to the FBI would mean for his future.

    10
  11. Kavanaugh made a big show of having his daughters present for the first session of the senate hearing. He also made a big deal of him coaching their sports teams. I have not heard of anyone asking him how he would respond if someone sexually assaulted his daughters or any of their team members. Anyone at the Salon heard this question or a reply?

    11
  12. k, Steve Wynn, the NV billionaire casino mogul and Republican National Committee finance chairman resigned as CEO of Wynn Whatever due to sexual “misconduct” allegations. Misconduct? Abuse of power for sexual favors is rape.

As for spineless Dean Heller, he thought wrong with his comments, if he had any chance of beating Congresswoman Jacky Rosen for that Senate seat. Somewhat blue leaning purple NV is becoming a much younger demographic. The polls don’t show it, yet, but Dean is barely treading water.

    12
  13. The only reason they’re paying any attention to Dr. Ford at all is that they have belatedly realized that women vote, and mostly not for them. But a lot of them still seem to think “no penetration, no foul,” which is not quite the way women, or the law, think.

    13
  14. Hey Frankie Boy — Please explain what part of “respecting no” involves trying to tear her clothes off.

    Thank you.

    14
  15. My, my, my … Kavanaugh and Graham were such good Christian boys, so that makes everything all right.

    15
  16. I just can’t stand those fake Christian charlatans. They make me want to scream at them and pound their faces in.

There was a FB post from a reputable media company, but I don’t recall which one, that had a photo of a middle school girl. She said we adults have no idea how terrifying it is to her and her friends to hear adults saying that Kavemanaw’s attempted rape was just school horseplay and should be ignored.

    F*******ck. It’s a terrifying time to be a pubescent or post-pubescent girl.

    16
  17. You have to realize that all these idiots voted for a scumbag who bragged about assaulting women — “I just grab them by the pussy.”

It’s what they do. They’re proud of it.

    17
  18. These people.
Every time I’m sure that they’ve plumbed the depths of dispircability, they keep digging.
Thanks for the extra voting motivation, boys.

    18
  19. A friend called me, said her Son said,”I hate Franklin Graham!”

I was not sure why. Now, I know. This guy is a Professional. Long time Church goer. He and his wife refuse to attend Church now. Left when they were attacking President Obama.

I do not think Franklin will be joining his Dad any time soon.

What a miserable excuse of a Minister he is!

    19
  20. Per the talking heads on TV, poll numbers among suburban educated woman are spiking again and again against tRump ad Kavanaugh. Now like I said not that long ago about some sort of unflattering thing coming up about Kav’s past, that he would simply withdraw. Well, I think it takes guts to do that and he hasn’t any! As for the prehistoric cretins on the Hill blaming the victim, may they go to the Hell that contains creatures even more prehistoric than they are and better yet, hungry as all git out!

    20
  21. Opinionated Hussy says:

Franklin Graham is not a minister. He makes a 7-figure salary – half of it for running a theoretical international aid group and the other half for running his daddy’s library.

One could speculate about just why he might defend such ‘teenage behavior’, but you’d have to ask those who knew him ‘back when’.

    21
  22. Mary Anne, I respectfully disagree. Maybe not “any time soon”, but Franklin *will* be joining ol’ Billy at some point, and his first words to his Daddy-who-taught-him-everything-he-knows will be “Damn, it’s &*^$in’ hot down here!”

    22
  23. Buttermilk Sky says:

“A white man who promises to overturn Roe just flat out says that’s not true….she said no and he was too drunk to finish what he started, so I don’t care what the issue is.”

    Fixed it for you, Frank.

    23
  24. No words.
Well . . . . a few. But I think my head will explode if I say them and I just washed the walls down. Then the neighbors will call the cops on me for the vulgarity that will pour out of my mouth upsetting children, household pets and street traffic.

    24
  25. Dear God if you would send a lightning bolt or something lethal to take out Trump and Graham, I believe some atheists would be converted.

And to the person who mentioned his church, does he actually have a church, a congregation and people who rely on him????

    25
  26. Could somebody pin him down on a bed and put their hand over his mouth?

    26
  27. So Franklin, if I was to start beating the living sh!t out of you, and you’re finally able to say “No!” “Stop!” and I do stop, in spite of how really, really, really bad I want to beat the living sh!t out of you, and I do want to, you won’t “know what the issue is”, right?
