Well, Boy Howdy
You know, during James Comey’s hearing when he was asked if there was an investigation of Trump’s connections to Russia and he replied that the FBI never says whether or not there is an investigation, irony grew hair on it’s chest and melted through ten feet of hard Texas clay.
So, it can be nothing but good news that the Justice Department’s Inspector General will launch a probe into the behavior of the Justice Department and the FBI over the release of Comey’s investigation.
The probe, which comes in response to requests from numerous chairmen and ranking members of congressional oversight committees, will look into allegations that Director James B. Comey broke bureau policy with his various public disclosures regarding the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
This might be fun.
Slapping Comey around is some small comfort, but without decertifying the election we’re still screwed.

8OK. Here’s how it is. Loretta Lynch is still the head of the DOJ until the new administration succeeds in getting a new one. Till then she can open a fresh box of whup ass and maximize it all to hell on Comey. With a mountain range of evidence all piled up, there is very little the successor can do in ignoring it or vacating it. Yup, I agree. this could be fun!

10They should also look at how much Trump and his campaign were actually investigated by the FBI for the Russian collusion. The former MI6 agent gave his material to the FBI in the summer. He later gave it to British intelligence when he became concerned about a coverup in America. I suspect the only reason we are hearing about it at all is because McCain hand-delivered it to Comey on December 9th.
