  1. Let’s see. How’s this time frame of any Significance? Anything important happen between now and then? Something about a week from now maybe? Is it just me, or does nobody else remember even paying attention to when the electoral college voted before this year?

  2. his mere existence as president-elect is a conflict of interest. on Dec. 19, a group of special people have a unique opportunity to resolve this situation, permanently. let’s see if these 538 people care more about their country or their political party. the republicans in congress have already shown us they care more about wielding political power, than they do about the freedom and security of their country. this seems odd, coming from a bunch of people who constantly talk about how “patriotic” they are.

  3. cpvina–Those are the same “patriots” who want to shrink the gubmint small enough to drown it in a bathtub. They seem not to understand what a bunch of people without a gubmint is–and what they would be if they drowned ours.

  4. He’s got much bigger conflicts than that to worry about.

Rachel Maddow broke this on MSNBC: Tomorrow’s Newsweek magazine has a story about how Turkey is already blackmailing the Cheetoh-faced Ferret-wearing Shitgibbon Cocksplat based on buildings he has there.

    It Has Begun.

Turkey arrested his Turkish business partners and wants him to extradite the religious leader they blame for the coup attempt last summer. Obama wouldn’t do it because he knew it was BS. If Turkey takes the Cheetoh-faced Ferret-wearing Shitgibbon Cocksplat’s 2 sky scrapers in Constantinople/Istanbul, he’ll be out $millions, if not $billions. Tomorrow will be INTERESTING. Of course the Cheetoh-faced Ferret-wearing Shitgibbon Cocksplat will claim Newsweek is lying. As the Liar-in-Chief, he would know.

  5. Rachel also just said the Cheetoh-faced Ferret-wearing Shitgibbon Cocksplat has decided on Vlady’s butt buddy, Tillerson, of ExxonMobil, for State. Vlady will be so pleased, though it’s not like he was surprised. He probably told the Cheetoh-faced Ferret-wearing Shitgibbon Cocksplat who our Secretary of State will be, in addition to many other positions.

  6. I’ll await his statements on his multitudinous conflicts of interest right along with his tax returns. Not holding my breath on ever seeing either one– certainly not complete and true versions.

Even when I was horrified by Reagan and Dubya, I never really thought that our entire system of government was in peril. Now, however….

@Rhea. A quite hearty AMEN! to everything you wrote.

When Bush 43 was elected, I told myself that I would hope that he would arise to the occasion. Was I ever wrong!

  8. Hey Debbo: dont worry about dancing around what you feel comfortable calling Donnie. Just say what you really feel.:-) 🙂 🙂

  9. Old Quaker says:

This cabinet is surreal. I wonder who the Cheeto Whisperer. Bannon? He’s a bull dozer and that’s what’s taking place. Matching people who want to destroy agencies in charge of those agencies.
Poor Palin, she wanted Energy. She said she wanted to be Sec of Energy so she could close it down. Neither she nor Perry has any idea what the dept does.
These Cabinet nominees are stupid or corrupt or both. It’s a horror show so scary we can’t joke about it without feeling sick. I’m numb. Geo W Bush looks better by the day.

  10. Actually, this is a typical stall of a typical con. This is how he manipulates the press – and everybody else. But for every rogue con there is an even greater rogue con that will get in his face and then down he goes. So long as he doesn’t take the country with him.

  11. Ralph Wiggam says:

He is stuck between a rock and a hard place. He can’t sell companies that are deeply in debt and he can’t raise enough cash to pay off the debt. His only choice is multiple bankruptcies.

    11
  12. Of course Russia is calling the shots on the cabinet. They stole the election for Trump. He owes them big time and we all know what happens if he doesn’t pay up.
