I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.

Blanco is 72% white already. This guy must be afraid of the other 28%.

8I started to make some snarky comment about the overt racism of the sign, but then I remembered that in gutting the Voting Rights Act, SCOTUS declared that there was no more racism in America.
Thank goodness for that! Because if we were still dealing with racism, that sign would be just hateful.
But obviously it isn’t, because, SCOTUS said so.

12Blanco, as in the absence of color? That is actually what white is. And yes I know that sometimes blanco can mean the totally empty serene space between the ears where a functioning brain should be at home.
