The KKK Show Up And …

Endorses Donald Trump.

David Duke, a white nationalist and former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard, is urging the listeners of his radio program to volunteer and vote for Donald Trump. “Voting for these people, voting against Donald Trump at this point is really treason to your heritage,” Duke said on the David Duke Radio Program Wednesday, referring to Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.

Yeah, because, you know, Cruz and Rubio are so un-racists.

I wonder if Duke is going to let Trump borrow his hat?

Thanks to Brian for the heads up.

Reince Priebus must really love the “success” of his minority outreach program. Does it become any better than David Duke reaching out to T-Rump to combine the forces of hating on Blacks, Jews and Catholics with hating on Latinos, Muslims and anyone not orange/white?

Saw a T-Rump supporter on TV, claiming she voted for President Obama twice. Sure. The only way that 180 change of brain matter could only be accounted for is if Dr. Stabby Mental Ben did pro bono work on her with a rusty pocket knife.

  2. I’m beginning to wish Dr. Ben could open his eyes and talk a bit louder. He is the only one with an ounce of sanity on that stage. And he’ll be out next.

  3. Although it befuddles me that there exists a David Duke Radio Program, its existence befuddles me less than the answer to the question of why David Duke is not incarcerated. Why?

  4. I’ve been reading in Wapo about the few sane snacilbupeR leaders who are at best disgusted, and at worst, horrified by the tRumpkins and their fearsome leader. Many, many rank and file snacilbupeR feel the same. Lots of sensible people on both sides think it may be a long time before the snacilbupeR are a viable political party again.

  5. The death of the RKlan is of less concern to me than the unmotivated Democratic voters who have allowed the nutjobs to take over the Senate. How do we get them to the voting booths in November?

So the Don gets another endorkment. So? No surprise here.

(Yes… endorkment. I spell it the way I see it.)

  7. maryelle,
    At gunpoint? (jes kiddin’)

That is the crux of the whole problem though.
I’ve yet to see the kind of all out leadership needed yet, from our ‘leaders’, like DWS, Obama, Durbin, Schumer?…WAF’ed.
They’ve had years to get ready, literally everything is riding on this one.
Y’all know how the R’Pukes will close ranks behind whichever SOB they pick, after all the fur n’ feathers settle out. And every last doddering, crawling one of them will GET OUT AND VOTE, at least once.

  8. Elizabeth Moon says:

Or, as in the case of a friend’s mother, votes will be cast by nursing home staff. I think she lives in Indiana…all the patients in this nursing home, most of them with Alzheimers, were registered as voters, and the nursing home voted for them–all GOP votes. Friend didn’t find out until, after her mother died, she found the cover for the mail-in ballot and the registration card. Asked around, found they did this “for” “all our beloved clients.”

  9. Elizabeth, even if this is an after the fact situation, did anyone notify the DOJ? Hey, better late than never, and oh, the Washington Post would love to know about this.

As for D. Duke, the Louisiana side of the family swears that they never bother with him. At least now.

  10. Linda Phipps says:

ENDORKMENT! Blazingly on target, better than Endurrment.

  11. JAKvirginia, I completely endorse your spelling as the truly correct one. Oxford Dictionary, take note!
