The Ball Is In Your Court, John Kelly.

October 23, 2017 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Here we go again —

And also without hesitation, pride, honesty, or dignity, John Kelly will follow this with a press conference saying that unbeknownst to the rest of the world, Trump had LaDavid’s name tattooed on his chest and that the congresswoman lied about the score on her spelling test in the fourth grade.

Does anyone else remember when the mother of a contract worker in Benghazi was given the podium at the Republican National Convention to say that Hillary Clinton personally killed her son and everybody yelled, “Lock her up!”  And not a word was said by the Clinton campaign because to attack a grieving mother would be a horrible thing to do.

What have we become?  I mean, outside of screwed.

  1. That damn mean streak was always there in our society and by our society I mean everybody from top to bottom, no matter what circumstance. Its just that whenever anyone like a Klavern Wizard tried to stir things up, he got jumped on like a rented mule. Things have flipped in entirely the other direction and its got to stop. tRump needs to get a good dose of truth serum with his red meat. Who knows? It could lead to repentance, atonement and even redemption.

  2. Again an example of bad parenting from the trump family. My son was little less than 10 I think, he brought home a truck from a neighbors house. He said the kid gave it to him, well the kid’s Mother called and said no it was not given to my son. I told my son to walk over ring the door bell give back the truck and say ” I am sorry”. When you do or say something wrong correct it! trump should have said nothing or maybe said ” I am sorry my words were taken as inappropriate but I was trying to show my deep sympathy to Mrs Johnson on a devastating day and I failed. But since he is never wrong…Kelly and others will rally around him.

Maggie, i love your comment except for the last thing, I am resentful enough to not wish for redemption for Donald Trump, I want him to burn forever.

  4. I don’t give a hooha about 45’s statements, what I’ve heard of this kid makes him sound like a truly fine person. I only wish we had the chance to learn of La David while he was still whole…
And that his widow be given all respect and appreciation for having to take on her most unwelcome role as champion of her husband…

Donnie and Keister Kelly are about to be spanked. The Dotard Moron duo has come to the attention of the Congresswomen of the CBC. Not that Congresswoman Frederica Wilson needs assistance, however at least 17 Congresswomen have signed a “suggestion” that Kelly apologize. Several Congresswomen spoke words of wisdom over the weekend that Kelly would do well to heed.

  6. For the way Trump & Kelly treat women and soldiers, they both deserve the nickname: Weinstein Benghazi.

  8. Never let it be said that conservatives ever gave a damn about we Gold Star Family members or veterans.

I went on blast in an E-mail this morning, sent to all my family, every veteran I know, every Gold Star Family member I know.

    — —

https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/922440008971292672 (Donald Trump’s contemptible tweet calling a new Gold Star widow a liar)
https://twitter.com/WalshFreedom/status/922449904575959040 (Former GOP Rep. and deadbeat dad Joe Walsh, also attacking her, claiming she “got political”)

Myeshia Johnson, the pregnant widow of slain Green Beret Sgt. La David Johnson, appeared on ABC’s morning show with George Stephanopoulos for an interview. She stayed out of the firefight between Donald Trump, his chief of staff retired Marine Gen. John Kelly, and Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL24), as she buried her husband over the weekend. Trump supporters relentlessly attacked Rep. Wilson and Mrs. Johnson over the weekend on social media.

In this morning’s appearance, Mrs. Johnson confirmed what both Rep. Wilson and Sgt. Johnson’s mother Cowenda Jones-Johnson both said transpired with Donald Trump’s phone call to her (that President Trump showed her disrespect and made her cry with his insensitive remark “he knew what he was getting into”).

Immediately after her appearance on ABC, Donald Trump (in the tweet above) attacked her, implying Mrs. Johnson is a liar. Mrs. Johnson is now receiving death threats from Trump supporters across social media.

Twitter exploded on both Trump’s and Walsh’s Twitter feeds, and in the hashtag https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=%23BlueFalconKelly&src=tyah (Blue Falcon) against John Kelly (who defended Trump and attacked Rep. Wilson late last week).

Blue Falcon is the sanitised name military personnel use for another military member who throws his comrades under a bus for personal gain. Veterans across the country are attacking John Kelly over his remarks about Rep. Wilson last week.

Rep. Frederica Wilson is a family friend of the Johnsons. She mentored La David Johnson while he was in high school; the Johnsons consider her family. Conservative voters across social media are accusing Rep. Wilson of secretly listening in on the President’s phone call to Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Jones-Johnson (the phone call was on speakerphone so it wasn’t much of a secret). They and several others of the Johnson family were in a car en route to Miami’s airport to receive Sgt. Johnson’s remains.

Perhaps as a Congressionally-chartered organisation, the Gold Star Mothers feels it can’t take a position on this (though 501[c]3 organisations can take a position on an issue when that issue directly affects it—see all the times the American Library Association attacks politicians for attempting to ban books).

I can and will take a position as a disabled veteran, Gold Star son, and local politician:

Never let it be said again that conservatives ever give a damn about us (Gold Star Family members and veterans), except when they needed to score political points (my experience throughout my military career). See also Trump’s attacks on Sen. John McCain’s captivity as a POW, and Gold Star Family Khzir and Ghazala Khan.

Trump’s New York campaign manager Carl Paladino also called the Khans “terrorists” and accused any Gold Star Family member who supported them of being “supporters of terrorism.” Mr. Khan is an immigration lawyer.

Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee-Sanders claimed last week that the public should accept the utterances of a four-star general without criticism. Fine, if we’re treating John Kelly as a four-star general (rather than a retired general employed by the White House), then bring him up on the UCMJ charges of “Contempt for Officials” (Rep. Wilson) and “Conduct Unbecoming an Officer and a Gentleman.”

Unquestioning acceptance of the utterances of government officials is part of the definition of fascism. Good thing we didn’t elect that warmonger Hillary Clinton (sigh).

“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”—President Theodore Roosevelt (R), syndicated newspaper column, May 1918.

What’s this ‘we’ crap, Kemo Sabe?

As you pointed out, the democrats didn’t rise to the bait.

    He was a mercenary.
Murder for hire, modern member of a Purple Gang unworthy of any honor The almighty dollar was his god.
He murdered for money. No honor. No loyalty. No patriotism. Just greed and sadism.
Question is how many innocents did he murder before he died.
Merc’s are trash that should be disposed of in a toxic waste site.

    12
  12. If neither Trump nor Kelly apologize for causing a widow any additional pain, even if caused inadvertently, that means the pain was intentional.

The depths to which I despise these people is beyond my description.

    13
  13. Given a choice to apologise and acknowledge his vicious remarks against Rep. Wilson last week, after being pummelled all weekend and today by veterans across the nation, John Kelly did the honourable thing.

BWAHAHAHA no he didn’t, he cowardly deleted his Twitter account.

    14
  14. jifster, thanks for the link. Kelly is clearly just more snacilbupeR NaziKKK scum.

  15. I’ve been wondering why in the world people aren’t yelling about how the Secretary of State should have known what was getting ready to happen in Niger and should have warned those soldiers. If Hillary’s to blame for Bengazi, then Tillerson is to blame for Niger.

    16
  16. I’ve been following all the further details that have been printed. I just hope that this poor woman who is under so much distress does not lose her child.
