That Mueller Guy is Some Kind of Smart

August 31, 2017 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

As I am sure you’ve heard by now, Robert Mueller has a triple digit IQ.

Trump pardoned Arpaio for one reason  – to send a hollering message that he is gonna pardon anyone indicted by Mueller.  Oops.

Mueller can fix that.

Mueller is teaming up with New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. “One of the people familiar with progress on the case said both Mueller’s and Schneiderman’s teams have collected evidence on financial crimes, including potential money laundering,” he notes.

Trump can pardon anybody facing charges from Mueller, but not from Schneiderman. It is probably significant that Mueller is letting this fact be known to Trump’s inner circle. Trump’s biggest source of leverage over Mueller just disappeared.

Checkmate.

  1. Right now, Trump pushed his Diet Coke button and asked his butler to find John Kelly:

“John, John, when I pardoned the ex-sheriff did I pass on any pardoning powers to him, so you know, he can pardon me back? No? Not included as part of the deal, one way street, huh?”

Is there a Double Secret Pardon-ation I can grant him, retroactively?”

  2. OH, this is sooooo cool! Convictions in a state court! No federal court stuff involved. No pardon ability! Mueller, tell Einstein to move over!

It is unlikely tha New York City holds any love Trump or his flock. State lockups are more impersonal than federal.

  4. What makes everyone so sure that Governor Cuomo can’t be bought? The State has pardon powers too and what he knows about that Port Authority that closed the bridge has not seen the light of day.

  5. Trump is loathed in NYC.
Trump went after Mario Cuomo, the former Gov.
I doubt he’d get pardoned by the present Gov. Cuomo.

“Trump can pardon anybody facing charges from Mueller…”

Question: Does Mueller bring charges? Or is he just leading an investigation? Can anyone here law-splain for me? Thanks.

JAKvirginia, Mueller collects and collates the evidence, then makes his recommendation(s). It’s up to Congress to impeach or the DOJ to brings charges. Which may be another reason Mueller is sharing information with NY AG Schneiderman. Rat that he is, Donnie is a trapped rat now. Dolt45 can’t “pardon” his way or those of his compatriots in crime out of state charges.

Not a whole lot of love for the Drumpfs or the Kushies in NY.

  9. I wouldn’t say “checkmate”, too early in the game, but at we are at “advantage Mueller”.

  10. One would think that Mr Mueller could present his findings to the AG of each State in which an offense allegedly occurred, seeking prosecution in each and building evidence of a “continuing criminal conspiracy” which crossed state lines. Insert the telephone number of your local FBI office here.

Fabulous. Mueller is playing international master level three dimensional chess, and Trump is playing beginner level Candyland.

Braw heh heh heh! Check and Mate! New York hates traitor trump with a vengeance. And I suspect that state penal facilities are a great deal less appealing than club Fed.

Teehee, Yes to all the above, but I’m guessing another reason to go with the NY AG is because how you gonna turn it over to the DOJ when the US AG is implicated in criminal acts? Better have them smellin salts ready for Sista Session’s, there’s a swoon a coming.

Scotty in Illinois, Trump isn’t playing checkers so much as throwing the pieces.
