Okay, here’s the original list of speakers scheduled to speak at the NRA Forum in May:

From here, these people were listed as of Jan 18:

  • Wayne Lapierre
  • Chris Cox
  • President Donald J. Trump
  • Sheriff David Clarke, Jr.
  • Katie Pavlich
  • Senator Ted Cruz
  • Mark Geist
  • Governor Scott Walker
  • Senator Marco Rubio
  • Speaker Of The House, Paul Ryan
  • Us Representative, Trey Gowdy
  • Senator Rand Paul

Now, from here, only these are listed:

  • Wayne Lapierre
  • Chris Cox
  • Sen. Ted Cruz
  • Mark Geist
  • Rep. Richard Hudson
  • Tomi Lahren

Hey, ya gotta hand it to Ted Cruz – he’s a genuine idiot.  He’s the only senator to hang around.  Damn, that’s bean dip dumb.

Thanks to S Grey for the heads up.

  1. TrulyTexan says:

There is a large group hoping to replace that POS Cruz with Beto O’Rourke. Getting rid of Cruz is only slightly less important than getting rid of trump. Vote now, vote later, and take 10 friends when you go.

  2. That Other Jean says:

Fewer folks willing to admit that they’re gun nuts after a school shooting? No surprise. You have to be extra-special stupid to stay on the speakers’ list.

    2
  3. A fairly telling list of the evil, the stupid, and the cowardly.

    3
  4. All those people drop out, but Tomi Lahren is added to the list. I thought the previous group of blonds on Fox were dumb, but Tomi combines raw stupidity with turbotalk and the most shameless in-your-face self promotion since Ann Coulter hit middle age.

Put on your helmets. Even that can’t protect you from her word concussions.

  5. RE Canadian Cuban Ted’s re-election effort

Yes, Texas please vote early and vote often to rid Texas’ butt of this giant Canadian-Cuban boil.

  6. Two things about Trump’s speech to the NRA tomorrow:

The FBI is currently investigating whether a top Russian banker with ties to the Kremlin illegally funneled money to the National Rifle Association to help Donald Trump win the presidency.

Guns will not be allowed into Trump’s speech to make him safer.

  7. mrswiggins says:

They must be desperate to add Lahren to the mix. smh

  8. I gotta disagree on Ted Cruz. He isn’t stupid. That’s part of the problem.

He *is* a world-class *ssh*le. And proud of it.

  9. Wonder when somebody with enough time, talent etc. is gonna organize “Save Our Students” ala Students Against Drunk Driving. We really need this kind of a move now.

Well this guy can’t come – I don’t think that fancy ankle bracelet will allow him to:

  11. Well, maybe I’ve got to reconsider Ted Cruz’s intelligence, and certainly his self-awareness, after today’s boggle.

Ol’ Ted Cruz says that Homer Simpson is a Republican (as is the rest of the family, excepting Lisa). Twitter has a fest, and some of the Simpson’s staff weigh in.

  12. Sharon Greiff:

No surprise, Greiten is a Republican. You know, ‘Trump family values’ and all of that stuff, just like the ones on the NRA speaker list.

  13. but, but, Sen. Cruz graduated from Harvard Law! proving, yet again, that if you send an idiot to Harvard Law, you end up with an idiot, with a degree from Harvard Law.

the interesting thing is, Harvard Law had plenty of warning. this is a guy whose major accomplishment at Princeton, was pissing off pretty much everyone who had the misfortune to come in contact with him. per all that knew him, as both undergraduate and law student, he was a walking/talking cloud of toxic gas.

  14. I learned more on my visit here than I have heard all week on the MSM.

    Thanks guys.
