Republican Move of the Year

August 08, 2015 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

I have often asked myself about these far right, religious nut, tea party bozos – do they truly believe this garbage or do they know they’re acting out something they don’t believe and are well aware they’re going to hell for it so they might as well get some side benefits before they go?

I still don’t know if Tom DeLay is totally delusional or clutches the Bible to his chest knowing full well he’s acting.

Well, two family value tea party reprobates in Michigan picked a side.  The evil one.

Michigan House Speaker Kevin Cotter is ordering an investigation into allegations that freshman state Reps. Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat used their offices and staff in an apparent attempt to cover up a personal relationship.

They are both married, but not to each other.

Todd Courser came up with a plan to defuse the allegations.  He directed his staff to “send a fake and salacious email about himself to Republican operatives, alleging that the lawmaker had been caught having sex with a male prostitute behind a Lansing nightclub.”

His reasoning as that after that was proven to be false, no one would believe the true fact that he was playing hanky panky with with Cindy.

It might have worked except Courser’s staff refused to lie.

Courser and Gamrat, both tea party favorites and social conservatives, have shared resources and staff since taking office in January.

And spit.  They are sharing spit.

The lead Republican in the Michigan House says he’s going to get to the bottom of this. Do you know the worst place on earth to be? The bottom of this mess.

And how did the Michigan Tea Party react?

Clem said that the statewide Tea Party meeting this weekend will stay focused on different issues, but likely mark the incident in a small way.

“We normally open our meetings with a prayer anyways, so we’ll make sure that we remember them and their families in our prayers,” Clem said.

Yeah, that’ll work.

Thanks to everybody for the heads up.

Be social and share!

  1. I’ll wait for the usual “I have sinned, but the Lord has forgiven me” and the rush to embrace the Lost Lamb and love him far more than anybody who’d been acting decently the whole time.

  2. Wa Skeptic says:

    Oh, Brother.

Well, they’ll be forgiven; all they have to do is blubber and cry snot-nosed crocodile tears.

Why I don’t relate to organized religion.

    2
  3. I love a plan that’s a sure thing. In this case, what could possibly go right?

    3
  4. The Michigan House Leader stated they will investigate whether any House rules were violated. If this is not criminal behavior, I don’t know what is. Attempting to plant false information & then firing two staffers for refusing to go along with the hoax. The two belong behind bars, together if they prefer. The two of them missed the part in the Bible about the Pharisees.

  5. I live in the county next door to this guy, and we call him Toddler because of the tantrum he threw when he didn’t like the seat they assigned him. We’ve kind of known for a while that they were bumping uglies in a local hotel but, being good Democrats, we waited for proof. When that email came out, the right-wingers were awfully quick to blame the evil Democrats. Oops. This guy is real narcissist and it’s going to take him awhile to get contrite. I see him as more likely to pull a Sarah Palin “I’m the victim” routine and throw Cindy under the bus. That is, if an unfortunate accident doesn’t befall him first. He has a house full of guns, including an AR-15, and even his tiniest kid poses with them.

  6. Clem makes it sound like an everyday, nothing to see here, occurrence for the Michigan Tea Party folks. The couple should be kicked out of the human race for coming up with such a dumbbutt plan.

  7. It will be interesting to see is he is “forgiven” while she continues to be slut-shamed.

I followed JJ’s link to the current article on the mlive.com website, where one of the comments is so funny and on-point that I had to copy and paste it to here (with some typos corrected). Enjoy!

    Dear Tea Party Members,

It’s not often that I answer prayers directly, however, there have been so many of them and they have been so loud and emotional, I thought I would make an exception in this case.

First off, let me go on the record that I, and quite a few up here with me, believe the entire lot of you tea bag people are frinking lunatics. The way you use family values, religion, right wing politics so interchangeably, while condemning all those who disagree with you is beyond comprehension. And, let me remind you, I’m the only guy around here that does any condemning, if you get my drift?

Now, about Courser and Gamrat…Notice that I didn’t say “Representative” in front of their names. Don’t forget that I not only created the past, but I have created the future as well. Just take my word for it, by Tuesday at noon they’ll both resort to their birth names only.

With regard to what they did…I had a few of my apostles review this case and they believe that of the 10 commandments, these two dolts broke about 6 of them, more specifically: #3, #5, #7, #8 #9 and #10. That’s a bunch-o-commandmants!

So, what would you like me to do? Do you want me to change everybody’s heart so these mutts can stay in office? Fat chance! Do you want me to turn back the clock and make it that this stuff never happened? I could do that but, they would still be amoral hypocrites. So, forget that one as well.

Here’s my answer to your prayers…Going forward, all you baggers stop thinking that I’m on your side only. Read my lips: I’m on everybody’s side. And, as far as these two mongrels…let me think on it a while.

    Yours heavenly,

    God Almighty

  9. I don’t now and never have been interested in who is “bumping uglies” (thanks @nancy) with whom, aside from myself. But when those who screech the loudest about their worship of monogamy and “family values”, whatever those are, and point their crooked little fingers at others… well I can’t help but chuckle when they themselves make choices so contrary to their words. Judge the actions then and never the words.

    9
  10. unless they’re completely inept at this, they should be sharing more bodily fluids than just spit. my guess is they screamed their own names in the act.

    “. . . shared resources and staff”

Is that what they call it nowadays?

    11
  12. One of the big reasons I am not moving back to Michigan to retire. This is nothing new in that state! I’ll just pretty much stay where I am where a Pea Tardy governor is going to jail despite all his appeals and pleas and throwing his wife under the bus. The reverberations on this case flow over the entire Pea Tardy crowd and leave a skim of flop sweat on each and every one of them.

    12
  13. Wow! What a “Cover Story”

Frankly I could care less who is bumpin uglies with who…

Although when they have an overwhelming concern with others on who is bumpin with whom, I might take a casual interest…

Especially if the hypocrisy meter pegs…

Thank Gawd we have these Tea Party Dipshits to keep us entertained, can we just get them out of the gubermint?

Move on,people. This is a private fambly matter between 2 god smearing nut jobs and their devotion to sinning right as long as they already sinned. Fambiys don’t count for nothing when you are a nut job except as a get out of perdition free card to play as needed.

A gawd fearin’ Texas Judge ordered a defendant to write bible verses and marry his 19 year old girlfriend making their bumping uglies a tax deductible bonus. It was that or a 15-day jail sentence. When the defendant asked the judge if he could notify his boss about being in jail…the Judge said it doesn’t work like that so…they got married that day.

As they say…it gets better. That’s a lie. It got even better.

Courser now blames a blackmailer which he implies was his employee (the one who taped & revealed it to newsies) for motivating him to send the email rife with accusations of his kinky sex life to his voting base. He now alleges he did the email thingy so he could bust the blackmailer. He uploaded a breathy blame-a-palooza late in the night which is online for the world who is watching.

He’s refusing to resign because the Forefathers were kinky so why should his kinks kick him to the curb.

He forgot to blame someone else for the campaign flyer he made himself & left around Lepeer that screamed from the roof tops that he’s a pedophile….to claim victimization by his deviant campaign opponent. The flyer magnificently inspired the outraged base that their Christian Gladiator (he calls himself a gladiator) was suffering ‘dirty Democrat’ tactics.

Dag nabbit…this tidbit was omitted above: Courser, in a taped convo where he discussed his plot stated his long-time friend and associate Immanuel “Ike” Eickholdt as the person who sent the anonymous icky yucky emails. Eickholdt has contradicted Courser and denied any involvement. Psst: Eickholdt looks like Courser’s clone.
