Like a few other patrons here I have opined since Hair Drumpf started his charade as a “candidate” that his goal was less to win election and serve as POTUS as it was to make lots and lots of money. I still believe money is his prime motivation. So one way he can leverage all this free publicity he has received and likely will continue to receive is to hop into the news bidness. In so doing, he can shape the perception of the electorate toward the ultra-right and/or against the remainder of the continuum from slightly right to ultra-left. The end game is to make money and ensure ultra-con success so he can make more money. M O N E Y.
Of course sooner rather than later, after all the man is 70, he will die and join Barbara Jordan’s neighbor, Mrs Schlafly and a host of other ultra- and neo-cons in Hell.

Come to think of it, from what I’ve read about Ailes, he wouldn’t let anyone with any integrity work under him ( no pun intended). He would not only point his employees in the direction he wanted them to go, but tell them which stories to flog, and even which talking points to hammer on repeatedly.(echo chamber ring a bell?). Oh, and which items to exclude (pesky facts and figures that contradict his narrative). Several anchors, and other staff who balked at this were shown the door. Which begs the question, can any of the remaining “talent” operate with the same effectiveness? I mean they’re scumbags, but you can’t deny they’ve been effective. So, effective scumbags?
15I betcha there’s a REAL story behind that news. It all happened too quickly. I took a nap and woke up to that news. “I heard” fox had already taken down her blog and cleaned out her office.
