I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.

Thank you Kary now living in Spain. All suggestions for dealing with our gun nuts are appreciated. How does Spain deal with feral cats? Trap, spay/neuter release has worked well here with feral cat colonies. Maybe dispense with the release stage and TSNR will rid us of gun our nuts?

5All Americans, within the country or overseas, should be sure they’re registered to vote. Not only for the mid-terms in 2018 but also for the state and local elections in 2017 (e.g. in Virginia and Pennsylvania). Good sites for overseas votes to visit (to register and request ballots) are the US Vote Foundation and FVAP.gov.

6Instead of the cost of neutering I would suggest just convincing them that carrying their guns “gangster” style (down the front of the pants) is cool. Problem should solve itself.
Kary, my best to you and you life in safety in Spain. I’m not kidding about that safety thing. My bet is if you ever landed in this country and your name and project were known, you would have to wear body armor at the very least.
