Why are these kids being sent to Michigan? Is it because there are evangelicals there that want to adopt foreign babies? With ties to Betsy DeVos?
We definitely *don’t* know where these kids are going, or what is being done with them. We do know the Trump administration is making no effort to ensure they get back to their natural parents.

16In the dark of the night the Guatemalan mother who was deported without her child, has been reunited with him. He was in captivity for a month, and she reports that he is “sad”. I don’t think he was sad because he had to leave summer camp, and one must wonder what the long term effect would be.
17A man claiming to be Little Pink Sweater Toddler’s father has stated that the child was not taken from the mother but was definitely upset by the strange people at the border and what they were doing. But he is definitely proud that his child is now an international symbol for all of the children that were “taken”- as in abducted by the U.S government. that last phrase was mine, not his. And is so damn true.
