Okay, we are home from the State Convention.
The platform is 65 pages long and it’s a doozy! It is a document that I am exceedingly proud of. It will be online within a week.
Gilberto Hinojosa was reelected chair by a vote of 6,999 to 335. I think that’s a mandate. My beloved friend Fredericka Phillips was elected vice chair of the Texas Democratic Party. I got reelected, as did Bubba. It was a good weekend.
As soon as I get unpack tomorrow, I’ll post some pictures and get my butt back to work tomorrow morning. As soon as I wade through 1,287 emails.
