Give Now to the Victims of the Bowling Green Massacre

February 04, 2017 By: El Jefe Category: Alternative Facts

This week, Kellyanne Conway reminded us of the victims of the Bowling Green Massacre where Iraqi immigrants killed a lot of people.  Concerned citizens have set up a fund to help the unfortunate families of these victims so tragically killed by radical Islamic terrorists on our own soil.  Please, give now and give generously.

We thank you for your generosity.

  1. And the sheeple who buy alternative facts will donate.

  2. Marcia in CO says:

Explain what you will do if some idiots are stupid enough to actually give to this? You are perpetuating the lie that there was any kind of a massacre … Jesus!!!

If it goes to the ACLU, then you should indicate that is where any funds will go.

    Brilliant marketing I love it!

  4. SomedayGirl says:

I’m still scarred by the Bowling Green Massacre. I remember exactly where I wasn’t and, honestly, what I didn’t see that dark day will haunt me forever.

  5. Chloe Bear says:

Someday Girl I think Frederick Douglas shares your feelings which is why he has been silent on the awful and invisble massacre.

    5
  6. Yes. Sigh. I shed invisible tears!

  7. I applaud raising money for such a cause. Perhaps the Koch Brothers, the deVos family, Trump Foundation, and others can be solicited to give either a one time donation or support in perpetuity this oh so worthy cause. Perhaps donations could go to support political candidates in support of the goals of the fund raising.

I also applaud the example set by Someday Girl, Chloe Bear, and maggie. I will try to raise my level of introspection higher based on your examples. I’ll try to recollect whether I was in or near Bowling Green when this heinous event unfolded. Ohh I wasn’t. Or whether Frederick Douglas could have shared his feelings more effectively that fateful day. And my G*d I shed imaginary invisible tears even as we speak.

Charitable fund raising at it’s best! PA is attempting to out bid Betsy Devros for Pat Toomey, while KY is trying to come up with matching funds + $1 to buy back Tommy Cotton from Betsy. NV would need international contributions on the scale of the Clinton Global Initiative to buy back Dean Heller from the Koch brothers, Shelly Adelson and Betsy. PA and KY will be donating to charities in their states. IF NV could match Dean’s take, we could fund Planned Parenthood in 50 states, adopt Flint, MI and Standing Rock.

Speaking of Betsy, replacing our public schools with her for profit charter schools in a mere bone in the scraps of her thinking. She’s holding tight and refusing to divest her interests in Neurocore. At ~$2000 a pop per month from federal coffers for filling little heads and another few thou from states and localities, Betsy would bring “brain performance centers” … her words, not mine. Kids would still hate school lunch, but we parents would beg for the table scraps. Seriously. Check it out.

Wait, do I remember television footage of Muslims celebrating after the Bowling Green massacre? Actually, no I don’t.

Techniques like these are dangerous. With repetition over time, descriptions of events that never happened get built into one’s memory. It is a false memory, but indistinguishable from the memory of true events. This is the psychology of the Big Lie propaganda technique: it doesn’t have to be true to work, it just has to be repeated.

The masses of RWNJs who listen to RWNJ talk radio are victims of this.

    9
  10. Yes, let’s hope millions of dollars pour in, to be used perhaps for a memorial built on the site of the tragedy. And then, after Kelly Anne Conway declines to attend a planning session to find that location and break ground, unable to dig a spadeful of soil with a Golden Trump Shovel, the money can all go to Planned Parenthood.

    10
  11. Marcia, a couple clicks on the link, and you’ll see right where it goes. I found it amusing, and I already donate monthly to the ACLU.

    11
  12. That Other Jean says:

I’m kind of sorry that I agree with slipstream about this, because it’s clever, but I do. It repeats a lie and spreads it, creating sort of a vague “Oh, I heard about that” reaction that can too easily become a memory of something that didn’t happen. It’s obvious where the money goes if you click on the “donate” link, but I didn’t see anywhere in the link that says “this event never happened, no matter what Kellyanne Conway said.” I hope the ACLU gets lots of donations, but I hope they don’t do this again.

Ohhhhhhhh, I WANT the Bowling Green Massacre Pizza offered at Home Cafe & Marketplace in Bowling Green [even though it features mac & cheese (what the hell? Sorry Momma.)] Sadly, I’m outside their delivery zone.

    **Crying invisible tears.**

Strangely, my monitor hasn’t gone all blurry.

  14. Sandridge says:

slipstream says: “masses of RWNJs who listen to RWNJ talk radio are victims of this.”

I have to quibble about this, ss.
The RWNJ’s are not “victims”, a victim is usually unaware of a danger, walks into it or gets hit with it and is harmed.
RWNJ’s actively seek the FuxNooz/RWR bullchit, and gluttonously consume as much as they can of that toxic propaganda stew.
The braindead snowflakes got that way through self-inflicted wounds, not by accident.
And they luv it, their remote control zombiehood. It’s the rest of us that get victimized by the effects of the poison.

    14
  15. Linda Phipps says:

When you donate, please mark it a gift from KellyAnne Conway.

Another charitable fund should be created to raise money for the “Stop the Massacre Of Facts” (or SMOF) to benefit the UN Fact Finding Mission.

    15
  16. Oh the Horror, Oh the Humanity of it. How can anyone forget that day. I will never forget that day Wednesday 2/11/14. The Terror of eight beautiful American made Corvettes swallowed up in a sinkhole at National Corvette Museum in Bowling Greens, Ky.
The details of how this tragic event was perpetrated by Fundamentalist Islamist Terrorist has not been reveal by The White House. We can rest assured that if Congress will hold thirty or forty committee investigations and spend tens or hundred of millions dollars we have some answers.
Yes it is time to have a full venting of the tragic Bowling Green Massacre.

    16
  17. That Other Jean says:

Sandridge, the problem with this is that RWNJs are victims in that they believe false information spread by the sources they pay attention to. Their wounds may be self-inflicted, but they vote on their false beliefs, as they did in this past election, inflicting the consequences on the rest of us. It’s fun for those of us who recognize the falsehood, but we should not be helping to spread false information, even in a spirit of satire.

    17
  18. Cole, I saw real video of that terrible Bowling Green Massacre. Well actually, since I don’t like Corvettes or any Chivvies, I didn’t mind at all and shed no invisible tears.

Always thought the Germans had some creative expressions to blow off a little steam. The Scots are rather good, too. After Donnie went to Scotland and dumbheadedly congratulated them for their BREXIT vote, this tweet was special: “…bolt ya hamster heedit bampot, away and boil yer napper.”

Dunderhead Donnie creating international and national unity; not that unity means what he thinks it does.

  20. Went to the above site and sent an ACLU membership to Kellyanne Conway, c/o The White House. She will get the card, the magazine, and probably a nice thank you.

Money well spent in every sense of the word. I imagine they could use a few more copies if anyone is feeling so inclined to do the same.

    : )

Only two died in the BG Massacre, but they were important. Truth and honesty.

  24. AlanInAustin ... says:

Frederick Douglas – who, I understand, is doing some fine work – will be holding a commemorative ceremony for the victims of the BG massacre. Afterwards, he’ll be signing copies of his book “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”.

  25. I love to swear and now I have a new favorite website (after TWMDBS of course). Thank you Jane & PKM.

epo, I love the Hysterical Marker.
Now if you were talking Mazda Miata, Lotus or Masserati I would indeed mourn the terrible loss. But it’s just Chivvies. Meh.

    26
  26. Holy crap folks, we’ve got a new classic. Move over Alec Baldwin. Melissa McCarthy’s Sean Spicer just set the bar.

    27
  27. Lunargent says:

OMG, I didn’t recognize Melissa! That was brilliant. Except that she’s lost a little too much weight, and the suit fit too well for it to be totally convincing.

Just the right amount of inchoate rage, though.

    28
  28. We need a national day of mourning for the victims of the Bowling Green massacre, one that won’t be sullied by the usual day-to-day pablum of ‘National Chewing Gum Day’, ‘National Bicycle to Work Day’ and other forgettable non-events.

I’m thinking February 30. Will that work for everyone?
