  1. All of them are priceless!!! MSNBC ran a tape of Reagan’s City On A Hill Speech this AM. Wonder if there are any Republicans around anywhere that would recognize it without a great deal of help. Had real problems with Ronny Ray-gun but he could do a way better job of “selling” that the Golden Grifter in the WH. I am checking on my furloughed friends today to see what I can do to help. The office where I work also makes its $$ off the guvmint and I will be working very short hours this week.

  2. Jane & PKM says:

As Dotard45 nears the exit, the better the cartoons. Viewing cartoons of his exit will keep us entertained from February through summer and beyond.

  3. When Reagan got in, I thought he was horrible, and in many ways he was– remember James Watt as Sec of the Interior? Then they put up Baby Bush, and he was even more clueless, and he didn’t even get a majority of the votes. And now this incompetent brat, who also lost the election but got in anyway.

Every time I think they’ve hit bottom, they go lower. The future frightens me, it truly does, especially since all progress on doing anything about the climate change juggernaut reverses whenever one of these jackwagons is in the WH or the GOP controls Congress.

  5. “Families of Sandy Hook shooting victims win legal victory in lawsuit against InfoWars, Alex Jones”

When I saw this headline I thought of your son but then I saw it was a Conneticut judge with the ruling.
So is it a different case? Will this ruling assist in the case he is trying? or are lawyers trying parelell cases legally allowed to share information such as this?

Inquiring minds do not want to miss a single moment of this obese pustule being shamed and legally taken down.

  6. Well, this is one helluva news dump on a Friday night for the New York Times:

F.B.I. Opened Inquiry Into Whether Trump Was Secretly Working on Behalf of Russia
    https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/11/us/politics/fbi-trump-russia-inquiry.html

    https://www.lawfareblog.com/what-if-obstruction-was-collusion-new-york-timess-latest-bombshell

The issue was interfering in a presidential election, with Mitch McConnell saying he would go partisan scorched earth when he met with President Obama. So the investigation was shelved but not forgotten. It was being investigated as a counterintelligence operation.

When Donald Trump fired James Comey, the FBI opened a regular obstruction of justice investigation, but that led right back to counterintelligence operation.

Now it appears that the obstruction was the national security issue, and the counterintelligence operation is back on.

Considering how many senior GOP officials dug in their heels, that might loop them in as well. While the average Republican probably didn’t know anything about this, it would be tough for the party leadership not to know (McConnell, Ryan, Nunes, Cohen, &c)

  7. WA Skeptic says:

I remember seeing Maxine Water’s stunned face when she and the other legislators came out of the closed disclosure meeting. They’ve known for years that the Cheeto-faced Traitor is a Russian asset. The public is just now being told the same thing. If Donnie had a gram of honesty he’d committ harikari.

  8. WA as a wise man once said, I wish death on no one, but I read some obituaries with great relish

  9. What would inflict permanent harm upon the US system of government? Discrediting the justice system by appointing hacks, ideologues and useful idiots to the bench.
So demented donnie with full throated support of senate thugs has been doing.
Will the D have the courage to do whats right and demand a mass resignation of all judges, up to and including gorsuch and gangbang brett, and appointments made by this quisling ( so accurate) failing this a omnibus impeachment bill for all of demented donnies appointments to the courts and any other organization. Fcc, FAA, the Fed, etc, etc.
Failure to do so awards the win to our opposition by leaving these vessels of corruption to remain in place to continue to infect the country.

  10. I’m not much of a Michael Hayden (ex-DIRNSA) fan, but he publicly stated a while back that Trump was a Russian asset, IIRC. This really isn’t news, except that it’s perhaps coming from new quarters.
